The Hapi Homes team is great. They went above and beyond to answer our questions and provide additional details on their homes. They addressed all of our concerns and we were impressed with the level of quality of their homes. They took the time to meet with us on more than one ocassion and we look forward to doing business with them soon.
Great communication and great product. Getting my modular home was quick and easy. Highly recommend.
We dealt with this company and they are unorganised, and poor at responding. I wouldn’t trust these with a home that’s for sure.

We take customer service very seriously and always respond to queries within 24 hours but in most cases, it is actually sooner. We can confirm we meet this target, and we regularly have our contact center and sales team mystery shopped to ensure we exceed our customer expectations.
