Love my awning so much!
Terrific addition to my home. Everybody at home uses it and it changed how we live our yard.

Terrible website. Deceptive pricing. No response from the chat support team.

Was easy to put up. The instructions were a little hard to figure out. Called in and got an excellent video that made it a piece of cake to assemble. Love sitting under it when we get a soft rain.

Install went smooth and the product looks nice. However, shipping was a struggle and took so long. I had to state whether or not I was ok waiting even longer...? Interesting question to ask a customer. Production took longer than I was originally let to believe too. Cost is good/fair. Customer service was responsive.

Although my shipment of a pergola was at the end of the estimated shipping time, I could not have been happier with the trucking companies customer service and the quality of the product as delivered.

Raúl Flaga helped me through the process. I haven't received a product yet but the customer service for purchasing was great!

what made my experience? great! was the ease of the install the pleasure I I received. after seeing the beautiful pergola it was way more than I expected. I feel like a million dollars with it

Lead time was way too long even though they kept me informed. Original order was lost due to processing ccard issues on your end. Also I got this email about how am I loving it and I haven't even received it yet or got notice it's been picked up. I was notified its ready for pickup.

With every correspondence with staff members every one was extremely helpful in addition to being very thorough and prompt returning emails or phone messages.

Customer Service at Hanso Home is very prompt and knowledgeable about my questions and they also follow up more then once to make sure you are happy with the service they have provided.

Price was very fair and the communication was professional. Everything from the flawless delivery to the easy assembly made me know I made the right choice. All through the transaction all the reps were knowledgeable and courteous. If you are on the fence about what pergola to buy, just go hanso its the only choice.

I have yet to assemble and install the pergola that my client ordered, but if the product is anything like the customer service I'm certain that both my client and I will be very happy. I've asked for some extremely obscure and detailed product info for layout purposes as my installation application is non-typical. Kyle and crew never made me feel like a bother to them, they seemed eager to help right from the start, and the info they gave me was exactly what I needed. I could tell that Kyle put a good amount of effort into the chart he sent me. They nailed it on the first attempt, and did it quickly too. 110% satisfied with the customer service I received.

We have been promised for months that are unit will be in and lured by incentives that have disappointing to say the least. They have had my 14k for four months and we can't get a solid answer as to when our unit is coming. They gave us a shipping notification and we thought our unit was coming only to get two items that I now have to store. Such crap and bad service. I am about to dispute the charge on my credit card.

The representative was quick and efficient at getting an accurate answer to my request.

In spite of unexpected delays, beyond Hanso’s control, due to availability of shipping spaces, Kyle and other employees have made every effort to keep us informed and have followed up with emails and phone calls and messages. This has been very helpful to us as we will be hiring people to assist with the assembly of our Pergola once it is delivered.
Kyle has been very courteous and professional in his handling of the care of the details our order.

The same courtesy has been consistent from the employees who answer our phone inquiries along the way.

Hard to rate when I have never received it yet. Poor service. Still waiting for it and it’s almost 6 months now. Wished I went with another company.

It’s weird how I had to pay in May for my pergola and sides and heaters and it’s already August and I still don’t have it. They said August 6 to September something I don’t know. I just think it’s weird that you pay for something and then you have to wait Couple months before it gets there just weird. I haven’t gotten it yet, but I will let you know how I like it or don’t like it. Hopefully, I will like it.
