I ordered the multi strain biotic on the recommendation of a friend. I paid for the subscription for three months, I have just finished my first month and I can already feel a difference in my scalp psoriasis which has been an issue for as long as I can remember. I’ve tried topical ointments and different shampoos. Prescription and not and nothing has made any difference. I obviously can’t see it but I can feel that it’s not as servere as it usually is. I have recently had an issue with a delivery and Amy from customers service went above and beyond to make sure my issue was resolved. She answered my email quickly and efficiently and i had a resolution in 24 hours! Excellent service and I’m excited to see if I get any further improvements!

I bought Freddie’s first children’s skincare range for my sister after her little one had been really struggling with eczema, and I honestly can’t believe the difference it’s made.
Before ordering, I reached out to the customer care team for some guidance, as I wanted to be sure I was choosing the right products. They were so kind, patient and genuinely helpful — taking the time to explain the ingredients and how to use everything gently on sensitive skin. It made the whole experience feel really reassuring.
My sister has been absolutely amazed by the results. Her child’s skin looks calmer, less angry and far more comfortable, and she’s said it’s the best it’s been in a long time. Seeing that relief — and the joy and disbelief from my sister — has been incredibly special.

The smell of this Vitamin D face cream is overwhelming. It should be mentioned in the description the strong parfume which comes within the cream. I couldn’t use it after the first little amount I tried on my face because it give me headache. The smell is somehow reminiscent of the odour when flowers start to decay because they are left in a vase for too long. Also, I am all for diversity of gender however personally as a man this parfume is inappropriate. I then asked for a possible refund or partial refund because the cream wasn’t of satisfactory quality due the strong, possibly off, smell and it wasn’t fit for purpose because it give me headache and I was offered 20% discount when actually the cream was on sale with 50% off???

After advise from the helpful customer services, I bought 2 items for my sons bad eczema. I completely stopped using paraffin containing products and switched to natural. The Skin Saviour Balm ran out after just a week of using it twice a day on his arms. So far, no benefit from the Intensive Night Balm. I know that stopping paraffin products can take some adjusting to, but I have not seen any improvement to justify the extremely high price of these products to re-order (hence not giving a lower rating - maybe we needed to try them for longer). I will have to look for cheaper alternatives.

Customer service is excellent. Been ordering since October 2022. On the rare occasion I've had to contact them they have been extremely helpful and clearly value their customers.
I have suffered with TSW for 3 years. The first year I was bed bound with raw oozing skin. Over the last few years my skin has repaired itself and I can now start to live a normal life again. Bottom line is be so careful using topical steroids as they nearly destroyed my life.
I thought I would give the probiotics ago and I can say that they have given my skin what it needed to fully heal. I am no longer getting up in the night to itch.
I have been taking it every morning on an empty stomach for 3 weeks. I can definitely see an improvement.

I recently purchased the psoriasis care package from Hanna Sillitoe and have been genuinely impressed from start to finish. The products arrived beautifully packaged, and the whole process felt really thoughtful and personal.
After an unfortunate mishap where I accidentally dropped one of the products, I reached out to customer service expecting to just check if there was anything I could do — and I was absolutely blown away by their kindness and understanding. The team responded so quickly, and their message was so warm and human the level of care and empathy really stood out and made me feel valued as a customer.
In terms of the products themselves, I’ve been using the night balm for about a week now, and it’s already making a big difference. It feels incredibly soothing and calming on my skin — a real relief after struggling to find something that helps. I’m also excited to see the longer-term results from the probiotic, as everything about this routine feels so nurturing and well thought out.
Overall, I can’t recommend Hanna Sillitoe enough — not only are the products amazing, but the customer service truly goes above and beyond. It’s refreshing to find a company that genuinely cares about both their products and the people who use them.
I haven't yet received my parcel but the customer service is fantastic. I entered the wrong delivery address and they went above and beyond to rectify this. Looking forward to receiving my products!

This company is disingenuous.
I subscribed to thier monthly plan, and in one occasion the delivery man left it at another house...which I had no idea about until I chased. Then I find out that it was put in the rubbish bin of the house...and then this company asked me to pick it up from there.
Errrrr, not my house and I don't fancy going through a dustbin to pick up an item. Esp one that is for consumption.
Anyway this company refused to refund me my money when by law the item never every was delivered to my house!!!
Very arrogant when I requested a refund and to this day they never refunded me because according to them the product was "delivered", even if that was in someone's else garbage bin!!!!
Update:
As you can see by the arrogant response, they validated that the item never reached my house. And should anybody want a picture of the bin, I can certainly share with you, just embarrassing. Anyway, they can keep thier £34 or whatever it was, I get to keep.my dignity. And leaving a parcel outside someone else's house is not considered a complete purchase!

The customer service with this company is excellent. They reply quickly to queries and take into account customer feedback and reward loyalty. Very impressive.

I was so disappointed and dismayed by this product. Wanted to write a review on the website but it wouldn’t go through. I noticed my skin getting a little bit worse after month 1 but persevered for the full 3 months as I have seen the company have advised others to do so who experienced similar. I really wanted to give it a good and fair go and made sure not to change anything else during this time.
I’m actually shocked at how much my skin has deteriorated. It’s itchy, sore and my doctor is recommending steroid treatment. I am so sad about this as I really wanted to use the natural healing route. I’ve even now got psoriasis on my face which I’ve not had in years. It’s a very expensive biotic which seems to have had some successes based on others’ reviews but I really wouldn’t recommend.

I recently purchased the Multi-Strain Biotic from Hanna Sillitoe, and I have to say, it's been an absolute game-changer for my eczema. The product is excellent, and I can already see improvements.
However, what really stood out to me was the incredible customer care I received from Amy. After unpacking my delivery from 5 May (yes, I admit, it took me 4 months to get to it!), I found that the package had been damaged and resealed by Royal Mail. Unfortunately, all five bottles inside had leaked. While I knew it was my fault for waiting so long to unpack, I reached out to Amy to share the feedback about the delivery issue.
What blew me away was that Amy immediately offered to send me a free replacement for the damaged items—even though I hadn't expected any compensation. Her response was swift, empathetic, and completely above and beyond what I would expect from any customer service team. This is honestly one of the best customer service experiences I've had, ranking right at the top of my list!
I highly recommend both the product and the company. You can trust that you're in great hands, and with Amy’s level of care, I’ll definitely be a returning customer!

I get psoriasis in my hair and in my ears and have been using the multi strain biotic for over a year now and it seems to help slightly. It doesn't make it disappear but it helps stop the itch that usually accompanies psoriasis.
I definitely would give it a try and if not one of their other products.
I saw these products on Facebook and wondered if they might help my little dog, who has very irritated, itchy skin.
I emailed and was answered at length, over several emails back and forth with Amy, she was super helpful, giving me lots of advice including oatmeal baths for itchy skin, I did order some soothing spray, but so far haven’t used it as her skin has settled, I think the oatmeal bath has helped, but I was very grateful to Amy for listening to my concerns and offering very sensible advice
I use the Vitamin D Face Cream, absolutely Gorgeous natural fragrance, that makes me feel instantly relaxed. I love to breathe in the fragrance as I slather it on. It has a lovely texture and it feels moisturising on my dry sensitive skin. Love it !
