There is no customer service.
Email, homepage message, login message, no reaction.
My order before 3 month ago (5 shirts), no delivery.
My request to refund my money, no reaction.

Hi TrakoVit, our sincerest apologies in the delay of your order. We are very happy you finally got it and are making sure this doesn't happen again to you or any other customer. It was a very rare case of an order slipping though the net but even so not excusable.
Collants troués
Une paire de collants reçue troués et bien sûr ils n'ont jamais eu de retour sur cette paire là, je suis la seule poisseuse de la terre !! Comme les frais de port doivent être proches du prix du collant personne ne renvoie évidemment. Les articles sont made in Italy by Chinois donc à vous de juger. Achetez mais priez pour n'avoir aucun soucis avec les articles, vous n'obtiendrez rien...

Suite à une erreur de livraison je n ai pas reçu mon colis. Mauvais destinataire. le service me dit d attendre et qu un litige à été ouvert auprès de la société de livraison mais en attendant pas d article, pas de remboursement, et pas possible pour une autre livraison. Il faut attendre deja plus de 2 semaines. Aucun geste commercial première et dernière fois chez eux.

We are glad you like the design! The product page does state that the product is made out of polyester but if you prefer cotton you can always return the T-shirt for your money back.

I want more......
Basically, the designs are awesome. The t-shirt looks smart and is light, airy and very comfortable. As for my hoodie, yet again, brilliant designs, strong, comfy and the material is pretty much crease-proof. I will be getting a collection of tops from Hanger 58 again, so please keep the fresh ideas coming and in the meantime I'll save my pennies up.👍

Size chart did not match up to what…
Size chart did not match up to what always was described. Also the wrong items were sent to me form what I originally ordered. I reach out to the maker and they said they would correct the situation but after numerous attempts to get an answer as to when I would get my replacement, I haven't heard anything via email.

We have communicated to you that we would replace the incorrect T shirt's that were send to you. Once the correct T-shirts are manufactured, you will get an E-mail with a tracking number for the shipment.

You can get a full refund if the product isn't to your liking, all you have to do is return it to us.
Could you however provide us with pictures of the received product so we can see if there was a production error? In case of a production error we can replace the product. Can because you say you also do not like the quality and fit: could you tell us what was wrong with either?

These T-shirts are great. Amazing material overall. The only thing that happened was the delay of my shipment.
