Great prices and excellent communication.
I ordered some products which were very competitively priced and whilst there was a little confusion over the delivery which was not their fault but mine. The communication throughout was very good and I didn't have to wait long at all for any responses to my emails. They were very helpful and the delivery was pretty quick too.

The problem is we are all so used to next day delivery from Amazon Prime so when a normal company postage takes more the a couple of days, one feels like they were slow on delivery!
