I had an avarage experience with handinhandsoap.com. It was ok I guess. Prices were reasonable. Quality of the items was ok aswell. Custmer support is helfpul. Communication was not great, but they ma... Leggi di più

Everything good except I wrongly presumed that the “gift set” would come in a box for gift giving. I ordered 20 of them and had to package them all up myself.
I’d recommend you consider gift boxes for gift giving. Thanks!

Mindy,
Thank you so much for your feedback! Without it, we can't improve on our products or customer experience, which helps us make the changes that our customers want to see. We are, however, sorry that we disappointed you with not being able to provide gift boxes or being able to pre wrap orders that were gifts. Hopefully in the future we can change this to provide an excellent and satisfactory experience in that department.
Again, thank you for your honest feedback and patronage. We look forward utilizing this information so our business attributes can meet our customer's expectations!
Best Wishes,
Angela

The product was shipped promptly
The product was shipped promptly. Unfortunately, it was stalled in NJ post office system for two weeks and didn't come in time for me to gift it. Not the fault of the company. The product itself smells heavenly, but I really bought it because of the socially conscious company Philosophy. You have to have soap. Why not make the purchase benefit the world.

Wonderful experience! Package was shipped quickly and securely. Soaps smell delightful. I gave one set for birthday gift, niece was so happy. She hasn't used yet so I can't speak for quality of soap. Other set is going to be Christmas gift.

Marilynn,
We are so pleased to know you support a companies that gives back, but of course with that being said, I'm sure you were extremely disappointed with not being able to give your gifts with the same enthusiasm! That is not the experience we want our customers to have! Please let me know what I can do to make this experience 100% satisfaction for you by either calling our customer service number (267) 714-4186 or emailing me at angela@handinhandsoap.com
If you still have the soap bottles, we can get the lot # off of them, and see if we are having a manufacturing problem that we can fix!
We deeply apologize for your frustration and troubles.
Best Wishes,
Angela

We switched to bar soap several years ago to reduce our plastic waste. We love Hand in Hand for the lovely scents, the compelling mission, and the fact that it is palmoil-free!

I haven’t used the soaps I purchased because they are gifts, but our package arrived quickly and was well packed (I worried about liquids leaking but everything was secure). All of the soaps smell amazing and I wish I’d ordered extra so I could keep some. I only wish the wrapped bottles had been labeled with their scents - I ordered two sets of the liquid soap and had to tear open the packaging and then rewrap before shipping them on to my brothers. Not a big deal at all, just something to consider for folks who need to ship sets out.
