We’ve used HandeeDuck for quite a few times. Their customer services always reply in a timely manner and very friendly. The engineers are very professional and efficient. Would continue using for if my property have any problem in the future and recommend them to anyone I know!!!

Though the price is already high, but you might need to pay much more to fix them later.
Better avoid.

- They connected my water mains directly to a vented cylinder, which is commented very dangerous by all other plumbers. I paid to fix that afterwards.
- They installed my hood incorrectly, though originally I have sent them the spec. I just paid to fix it afterwards (And it seems the handyman is proud of his capability to improvise)
- Though I sent the spec and requirements in advance, but the handyman doesn't know a single thing of them. Again, improvise.
- When they claims they do a wide range of works and you might think they are responsible for all the items you requested, but eventually it seems they only capable to do part of it, and some more would be done by local tradesperson found by them (those parts are quite satisfying for me tho). So it means they are just middle person for part of your items, and of course you would pay more than finding yourself. So better quote the works in your local fb group and ask your neighbor for recommendations instead

I can't praise enough for the professionalism and efficiency of HandeeDuck. Barry of the customer service communicated with me efficiently and sent over his trademan Chris to check on the job that needed to be done on the next day. Throughout the process, Barry kept in touch with me and was flexible on changing schedule. His trademen Chris and Adam arrived early at 7.30 am this morning in accordace to my request and did an excellent job. I have immediately booked them for another job to be in my home. I have no hesitation to recommend them to my friends and family.

The work description of Chimney re-point work was using triple extension ladder but the actual work only use general double extension ladder. I believe the double extension ladder was not enough to reach top side and whole back side of Chimney to provide expected re-point work. The service charge was over price if only use general tool to complete it less than 2 hrs.

Excellent work, without any issue, would highly recommend.

It was an excellent service provided by Handeeduck. First of all, the customer service Ms Yankee WAN responded to my enquiries and offered assistance efficiently, patiently and politely. For the handyman, Mr Mihai, he performed the works professionally, tidy and very thorough with is works, and he also behave very friendly. I have no hesitation in recommending Handeeduck to everybody.

First of all, looked for Handeeduck to solve balcony drainage problem . In the mean time biggest problem found! I got water leaking in my property which some of the moist causing the damage of walls and ceilings paints!
Therefore, asked emergency helps from HandeeDuck!
They helped to fix all those problems neatly and efficiently!

I would not use this company again.
The technician sent was great and the work completed well.
However was under a barrel and accepted an unreasonable price which was increase after the job - on what i would consider to be an inaccurate technicality.
My advice would be being crystal clear on what is needed - but actually not use them.

I approached Handeeduck to renovate my bathrooms. I wished to microcement the walls, which was not part of Handeeduck's offerings. So they came back with a quote to do the rest. The quote was so simple that it only consisted of a few words (such as carpentry, waterproofing). I rushed to paying the deposit as the job was urgent. (Looking back, the quote clearly isn't up to standard and the simplicity of it clealy is a self-protective tactic).

After a few weeks' of communication, I decided to pull out as I don't think they have the expertise to do the job. For e.g. they didn't include/suggest elements such as water tanking, and they recommended to move forward to renovate a bathroom with damp walls.

I informed them 10 days before start date that I didn't want to proceed. Penalised £600 for dropping out - a lesson learnt! Recommend to do your research and don't rush to paying deposit until you really feel comfortable with the level of expertise of the handyman.

To be even more explicit, the reasons for withdrawing were:-
- I asked for a quote to revamp the whole bathroom except the microcement. Only upon communicating with other experts in the field that the elements quoted weren't sufficient for a full bathroom revamp. The total costs combining the quotes were way beyond market price.
- I didn't feel comfy proceeding with the recommendations that this firm offered. I lost faith during the communication process. I turned to a local tradesperson and their advice was much more professional (such as how waterproofing should be done, how to treat a bathroom with damp issses etc.)

Planning was part of the project. I have the right to comment on your service and the fact that you asked for my silence is beyond my comprehension.

The company offers prompt and reasonable quotation to the works inside my flat. The works completed on schedule and met my entire satisfaction. I have no hesitation to recommend Handeeduck to one who is looking for a reliable company for rennovation and repair works.

Over the past 1.5 years, I have used traders to fix little issues in my flat, they left me with disappointment and I lost faith to find responsible traders to replace tiles and vanity unit in my bathroom...

The background of Handeeduck was the reason why I chose them and I was right!

I was impresses by Mihai's professionalism, not only he provide advise on how to replace tile and vanity unit of my bathroom, he also helped me to seek advise to resolve a suspected leak.

Tobias, Mihai and the gentleman who replace the tiles are very helpful and friendly, the job was beautifully done in good standard and quality.

I would definitely use Handeeduck again in the future and would not hesitate to recommend their service to whoever in need of a responsible company to handle their works.
