Always very accurate on delivery times, always responsive to doubts and questions and excellent customer service after every transaction and delivery.
I always buy there and never had a bad experience.

Arrived to Macedonia in 2 weeks good customer service.
Ps: I would suggest reaching out to them first for Communication.

This store is a scam. I have acquired a pair of handball shoes. They did not deliver, and did not refund my payment. They just keep saying that the product was delivered to someone else and that it is DHL's fault.

I ordered 9 items and received only 4. I contacted them to help me resolve the problem and they neglected the situation! Awful customer support! At least they could offer a refund or re-send the missing items to me.

Min datter købte sin første håndbold og glædede sig til modtagelsen. Bolden var fremme efter 5 dage. Men bolden er i stykker i skindet, hvilket butikken har markeret med et hvidt stykke tape med en pil. Varer er købt som ny og vi er ikke kontaktet om at der var noget galt med blodet eller fået nedslag i prisen. Har skrevet i chat i butikkens åbningstid, men de svarer ik tilbage

Honestly amazing. I was worried after reading reviews that there would be issues with delivery or the package wouldn't even come, but to my surprise, everything that I ordered came nicely packaged, in the right size, and delivered within 2 business days from Netherlands to Luxembourg. Would recommend to anybody looking for handball/sports equipment.

28/2/2023 paid for the item which was labeled in stock. The item"s tracking number shows it has never left the country. It seems stuck for 13 days since 1/3/2023. The company did nothing after my first telephone although promised to contact the postal service. After my second telephone they promised again to do the same but i do not beleive them anymore. I asked for a refund but they told me I should wait indefinitely , until they conduct their investigation. This is unacceptable, extremely unprofessional after sales service.

PS. Although the tracking system was showing it to be still in Netherlands, the item finally arrived. BUT better late (15 days later) than never.
My recommendation is still negative for the seller. Bad shipping (no proper tracking), late shipping (15 days instead of promised 3-5), bad after sale service (promised to look into it and notify me), bad refund policy (wait investigation without a specific maximum time limit). I would not buy again from this seller.

Used to love this site, but unfortunately I cannot recommend it for UK users any longer. If you need to return any items you will have to carry full costs and they do not even provide you with any of the export documentation or address labels to return the goods. Far too complicated and in stark contrast to some of the other European websites I order from.
