Hamptons have been acting for our let properties for several decades. They have always proved to be efficient, professional and competent. We are very comfortable in leaving our properties in their capable hands. Constance has been dealing with the day-to-day management and she is a delight to deal with. Thank you to both Constance and Hamptons.
I’ve had a really positive experience with Hampton Agent Management. From the start, their service has been professional, efficient, and genuinely supportive. Communication has been clear and consistent throughout, which made everything feel straightforward and stress-free.
They’re always quick to respond, keep you updated, and are happy to answer any questions, no matter how small. It’s clear they care about doing things properly and making sure the tenants feel looked after.
The very fast and efficient response I got from Max Barnes when my boiler broke down leaving me with no hot water or heating was first class. Max was quick to act and to keep me informed of what was happening with the repair. Great service.
Danger to all solo women. Sexually harass you take pictures of you in your room. Unprofessional and blame the client banning them worldwide with their lies. Give you food tell you it's not hot which burns your mouth. Ashford kent.

We placed an offer for a property, which was accepted by the landlord and a holding deposit was paid.
The following day i was notified by Hampton's that the landlord had received a better offer, so wanted to back out on the day we were due to sign contracts, leaving me and my partner with just 1 week to find a replacement flat.
Hampton's said the offer had come from another estate agency, and that this had "never happened before".

I have been using Hamptons, St. Albans for short term lets for over 4 years and the whole team have been absolutely brilliant. I am particularly impressed with David Whiting the property manager. He has been very responsive, professional and friendly in dealing with any of the issues at the property. He seems to have a great team of reliable and friendly contractors on call that fix all the problems quickly and professionally.

We have worked with Nikki in the TW office. Nikki has consistently been responsive in managing whatever has come through in our dealings. I would recommend Nikki and Hamptons for property management.
I’ve had a really great experience with Constance from Hamptons. She has been incredibly helpful, professional, and supportive throughout the whole process of renting my home.
Constance is always quick to respond and very proactive. Whenever there has been an issue or something that needed attention, she stepped in immediately and made sure it was sorted out quickly and efficiently. It’s very reassuring to have someone so reliable and genuinely helpful managing things.

Danish Ashraf is very helpful when I need things sorted as a Property Manager. He is also very friendly and assuring when getting things done.
Patryk has been helpful and efficient in sorting out a mess left by other colleagues. He has been a temporary property manager so I can only speak of a couple of experiences and not his longer term management, but would welcome him being given the chance to prove himself in the longer term role.
I have been a client of Hamptons in Reigate for many years renting out my semi furnished property. I am extremely satisfied with the service. Their staff are very attentive. Athena and Jessica do an outstanding job at finding the best tenant for the property and ensuring the whole rental process goes smoothly. And similarly once rented property management presently handled by Conny has been really excellent, making sure that any issues are promptly reported and then get fixed. So all in all I can highly recommend Hamptons.
We had struggled to find someone capable/willing to remove a large canting tree at the very end of our garden, next to a shed and a fence. Mandy Dorta thought outside the box and managed to achieve this through someone, quite rightly, she thought could achieve this. If the tree had come down it would have caused serious damage but Mandy Dorta was proved right as the chosen person did a very difficult job very well, especially given the lack of parking outside the house. Thank you Mandy.
Hamptons have been managing my properly for years now and I’ve always had a good experience with them. They take care of everything very professionally and I’m always well informed about anything that needs my attention. I mostly liaise with Constance and she in particular has been great to deal with. Always very friendly and prompt to reply to questions. She’s definitely made my life easier in terms of my property. I’d definitely recommend.
Hamptons was our property manager for the last 3 years. They were always responsive and timely in handling any issues we had with the flat. I would particularly give mention to April Keane who went above and beyond for us. If Hamptons is letting and managing a property, you are in good hands.
We are currently renting a property managed by Hamptons Reigate, and this is actually our second property with them. Overall, our letting experience with Hamptons has been very positive, and the process has always been smooth and professional.

She was always very kind, professional, and incredibly responsive whenever we had any issues. During the busy end-of-tenancy process, she was particularly helpful, promptly providing cleaning company recommendations and ensuring we received the urgent letter we needed for our son's school application. Her support made our move-out smooth. Highly recommend her, and Hamptons.
