Excellent service. Lucien was efficient and courteous, and called in advance to give 10 minutes' warning. Job done quickly and cleanly.

quality of the work carried out was of the very
highest quality . done with the greatest of care.
a towel rail , a handle and a door hook all drilled into the tiled wall , no cracks at all , not even a tiny hairline crack . absolutely perfect job done .

i also asked for a light bulb to be changed . the desk lamp still didn't work and tests were done , showing the transformer needed replacing . very high standard of work . clean , and courteous member of staff .

I’d like to leave a positive review for Matt, the contractor who attended to my flat this week. He was polite, timely, efficient and went above and beyond to explain what had gone wrong with my radiator. It was probably the best experience I’ve had with a repair person in London, and I’m aware of how tricky it is to find a reliable tradesperson!

Excellent service from the Hampstead Group from start to finish!! I cannot recommend them enough and I would without doubt use them again. My new go-to. Rachel at the hub was quick in preparing a quote and fully flexible in arranging a slot for the job. Lucian, the painter, was absolutely fab - great etiquette (took his shoes off before entering (I didn't even ask), remained fully respectful of my personal possessions/furnishings, was completely mindful that I was working in the same space) and did a grand job on the ceiling - looks spectacular again. I have been looking for reliable, capable people to manage the very many issues that need addressing in my house which do not come under the category of electric or plumbing issues. Hampstead group allows you to talk to someone, explain what is going on and have them fix the problem. They sent Jarek who is on time, fast working and creative in his solutions to the problems, whether it to be to fix a broken office chair, re-fit the interior of a wardrobe or insert a new water filter for a quooker tap. I am delighted to have found this excellent service. Equally important is the interface with Malgorzata who always returns emails quickly and usefully and who thinks carefully before sending invoices that the work done fits what is being charged. I look forward to a long term working relationship with Jarek, Malgorzata and Hampstead group.

Called with an urgent and rather challenging problem. Gosia was very helpful and arranged the booking for that morning. Jarek arrived promptly and was very friendly and professional. As expected the issue wasn’t easily resolved but, rather than giving up, he returned with Radek and Lucien and they managed to quickly resolve the problem (and didn’t complain about having to work in a tiny kitchen which is barely designed for 1 person!). I would recommend them for speedy, professional service and competitive pricing and would definitely use them again. A very useful find. Many thanks for your help!

Brilliant handymen. Great attention to detail, highly professional, and fair prices. Have already had them back twice for more tasks. Team is also very communicative via email, responding pretty much always within an hour.

We've used Hampstead Group for decorating and handyman activities a few times over the last couple of months whilst preparing to move into a new office space. Both Jarek & Lucian were professional and courteous - they managed some tasks in record time.

Really great experience, I booked Jarek for a day and came up with a long list of things to be repaired thinking that would take all day, but no, he fixed 12 different things from leaking taps, broken lights, cementing, grouting, a broken gate etc. It was fantastic to get so many things sorted in one day and have the house clean and tidy as he left. Would recommend and use again.

Visit was booked at short notice, Jarek arrived right on time and fixed primary problem (replacing jammed lock on garden shed)

Immediately booked him for a follow-on hour, doing a range of straightforward items: hanging expensive Art Deco light shade, replacing lightbulbs and checking wood screws in door handles/locks

He was also able to advise on future jobs, including potentially re-hanging and/or adjusting heavy kitchen doors, which are not closing properly

Jarek is a very friendly guy, with excellent and versatile handyman skills - highly recommended!

The chap who came was amazing and quick and clean and polite. Decent price compared to task rabbit and totally perfect outcome.
