Attention to detail and website need improvement.

The website is no good. It really needs improvement. I struggled to personalise my order and when I finally typed the text I wanted printed on the candle, it wasn’t done. Or it didn’t go through properly because of the crappy website. Additionally, I got a thank you card addition to the hamper, and the card was already sealed inside an envelope. How am I supposed to write on the card if it’s sealed in the envelope? They need to pay more attention to detail and improve their website. It’s not cheap either, so I expect a better website experience and more attention to detail for what I ask for. There are better hamper companies out there.

The hampers were good still missing 4 hampers

The hampers were good, but I only got half (4/8 hampers) of my order and have not received the other 4 hampers to date.

No one has responded or compensated for this loss.

I was able to go there 2 days before…

I was able to go there 2 days before Christmas order Christmas hamper and they made it on the spot ,all done within 15 minutes fantastic 😁

Disappointed Service

Despite phone calls and reassurances and placing the order well in advance 21/12 - the Christmas Hamper delivery did not reach my daughter. Advised that no one was home at the time. My daughter was home waiting all day as this was meant to be shared Christmas morning. Requested for perhaps NYs eve, informed could not be delivered until the 02/01..Requested a refund and now informed that the delivery fee of $19.95 will be deducted .Products look good, but attention to customer service seriously lacking. No attempt to fix or amend the negative impact this has created. I will stay with Hamper Emporium who in 5 years have never let me down once. Food for thought.

Terrible Customer Service

Ordered a hamper as a gift on the 22nd December and paid for express delivery. Received notification it had been dispatched on the 23rd December with a tracking number that did not link to any service. Followed up with numerous phone calls and emails both before and after Christmas only to get the same reply that the courier had not updated the portal. No attempt was made by Hampers Galore to contact the courier to determine the status of the delivery. Still have not received any further notification about the delivery. The only reason we know it was delivered is the thank you we received from the gift recipients. This company needs to improve its communication with both the customer and with their courier. Will not be purchasing from them again

I’m so disappointed with this company

I’m so disappointed with this company. Ordered corporate gifts on the 17th Dec for Xmas and they still haven’t shown up! After numerous phone calls I’m still waiting on a refund to be issued for the missing hampers. I advise you to read the reviews before using them as it would seem many people have negative experiences with them. Very surprised they are still operating

Hamper arrived 6 days late!

Ordered hamper to arrive on 24th December. For Christmas! And it was delivered on the 30th December! Need to choose different logistics provider! As by the time the hamper was delivered they had left for their summer holidays!

Love these hampers delivered so quickly

I used this company twice this year for Christmas. The first hamper arrived in Adelaide within 2 days and it was a fabulous Vegan one. The second one was for my sister in Mt Gambier and I had left it pretty late but it arrived on Christmas Eve. I was so impressed and will definitely purchase these hampers again.
