Great product choices but not what we ordered.
The online booking platform was very easy to use and offered plenty of options, which I appreciated. However, the issues we experienced are why I’m giving a 3-star rating.
First, we paid extra to ensure the delivery was made on a specific date, as we needed to coordinate with the recipient’s schedule. Unfortunately, the delivery was made two days earlier than requested, completely undermining our efforts to plan properly.
Second, I had ordered a specific bottle of whiskey, but it was replaced with a different brand without any prior notification. Had I been informed, I would have chosen an alternative myself rather than settling for a substitution.
These issues were disappointing, as they detracted from what could have been a smooth and satisfying experience.

I ordered a hamper for my niece's wedding in WA. I live in the UK. I requested the delivery date to be the 24th Jan so it would arrive before the wedding on the 25th and it arrived 2 days earlier which I am so pleased about. Thank you. I haven't had feedback from the Happy couple yet of the hampers contents.

I’m very disappointed I ordered this…
I’m very disappointed I ordered this hamper on Wednesday and paid for express delivery but is getting delivered next Tuesday instead of this Thursday. I would expect a refund for the express shipping. This is the second time this has happened I will not be using your services again.

Disappointing-paid extra for shipping
I ordered and paid extra for shipping next business day for my grandsons birthday. Ordered on a Friday before 3pm, as instructed. The order is still there.
