Just adding my voice to the long list of disappointed customers—this company’s service is beyond unacceptable.
1. False advertising on delivery. Their website loudly promises “next day delivery nationwide.” I ordered a Father’s Day hamper, paid for express shipping, and yet a full week later there were still no tracking updates. Completely misleading.
2. Customer support that doesn’t support. When I called, the representative couldn’t answer a simple query and brushed me off by telling me to “just send an email” if I wanted to complain. The whole interaction felt rushed, like they were just trying to get me off the line.
At this point, I can’t even comment on the quality of the hamper—I still don’t have it. What I can say is that for the price I paid, this level of service is unacceptable, especially when the gift completely missed the occasion it was meant for.
Bottom line: I do not recommend this company and will never purchase from them again. Save yourself the stress.
EDIT: Received this automated reply to my review, which just adds to the hilarity of the situation.
“Thank you for your feedback. Blah… blah… blah…
As soon as the issue was reported, we offered either a refund or a replacement, as per your preference. In this case, a refund was processed in line with your request.” —> FALSE. Your support person brushed me off and asked me to send an email for my complaint. No offer of refund or replacement.
My mistake for not looking at the reviews before buying. Hampers Galore, DO BETTER.

After placing an order for $110, I received an underwhelming and damaged hamper. Upon opening the box, I was hit with the smell of beer—one of the bottles had leaked, soaking the entire gift. In addition, the packet of chips had burst open in transit, leaving me with a wet, damaged box and a ruined card.
This hamper was not for me, but was meant to be gifted tomorrow. I paid for express delivery to ensure it would arrive in time. It was purchased on behalf of multiple parents as a thank you gift for our basketball coach. Now, we have no present to give, and I’m left scrambling last-minute to try and organise a replacement.
What’s even more frustrating is the lack of accountability from your customer service representative, Ani, who dismissively claimed this kind of thing happens in transit—even though your website claims to take the utmost care in packaging and delivery. I’ve ordered from many other hamper companies before and have never experienced something like this.
To make matters worse, I have requested a full refund, and have now been ignored and left on read.
This has been a deeply disappointing experience, both in terms of product quality and customer service. I expect this to be addressed immediately and will be escalating this matter further if I do not receive a satisfactory resolution.

I ordered a 60th indulgent hamper pack for my friend, I added 1 bottle of verve and a customised chocolate pack I paid over $300 for it. When I was ordering online I spoke to their online person ( now I’m not so sure if she was human or Ai) asked them to add the Verve as I couldn’t do it. I couldn’t see the Verve on my end but was told it was there, on the Monday morning I received a call to say they couldn’t deliver until the Tuesday, I asked Don if my delivery was definitely correct as it was hard to get the Verve in, I said again pamper pack which was a dressing gown, bath salts, a few other indulgent things plus chocolate pack he said yes. I was ok that delivery would be the Tuesday. My friend received the pack with no dressing gown, no chocolates or balloon with happy 60th on them. It did somehow have 2 bottles of verve a couple of chocolates and a broken cup. When emailed customer service several times, I was told I didn’t speak to anyone on the Monday morning and I didn’t message anyone on line, so apart from being made to feel like I was lying, it was then written that the pictures are for display purposes only. The only thing they were happy to do was give me my money back for a broken cup. Never ever again will I use this company.

Poor customer service on this occasion!
I provided over a week for the Birthday order to arrive and it didn’t show up.
Upon speaking with the customer support person they didn’t seem resolution focused.
So the birthday has been missed.
Disappointing as the website and gifts looked very nice .

Do NOT select the FG ("free gift") voucher at check out. There is NO free gift. When I followed this up I was told that the free gift option isn't always available - if can't supply it, then don't offer it! I think they just didn't see that I had selected the free gift option because they didn't read my order properly when processing it. I could've got 10% off my order instead. This company was not interested in offering any form of compensation either. I have bought from here a number of times now but won't again in the future.

I spent over $300 on an order that I placed carefully and correctly through the Hampers Galore website, but what I received didn’t reflect that at all. I created three separate hampers (one for my brother, two for my sisters) and selected “x2” on a custom hamper so each of my sisters would get one. Instead, their gifts were packed together in the same box with no warning, and I wasn’t informed that I had to email separately to make this request. How would I have known?
On top of that, I paid for three cards but only received two, and the messages printed on them were ones I had removed before placing the order. I just wanted blank cards so I could write my own.
When I reached out, support was polite but kept shifting blame back on me for not knowing things I couldn’t possibly have known. I followed the checkout process exactly and still ended up with combined gifts and missing products.
I wasn’t able to present these hampers the way I planned, and for what I paid, that’s really disappointing. Customers shouldn’t have to chase clarity or beg for compensation when the company didn’t deliver what was paid for.

Don't usually leave a negative review and always give the company benefit of the doubt but after multiple issues has changed that... First time I notified the team as a courtesy of goods turning up damaged. I give them the benefit of the doubt. Second time I messaged them dissatisfied and frustrated to get a reply that was unlucky better luck next time. After spending over $2,000 with this company and having no accountability for there product I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Items small as and cheap crap!
Sent the wrong cup with a random family on it! Packaged horribly, I spent almost $200 trying to send my dad something for his 60th birthday because I couldn’t be with him and this has absolutely broken my heart!!! It’s been Thrown together, looks like crap! no care or love put into packaging, delivered on the wrong day when I paid extra to be delivered on his birthday! what a waste of money! Thanks for nothing.

If I could give them a minus star review I would. My partner bought an expensive chocolate hamper. Three of the chocolate products were whiteish on the back and the chocolate tasty chalky. My partner wrote an email to ask for a refund for these products. Hampers Galore refused saying he hadn’t emailed in the stipulated timeframe (I was sick and could open the hamper for 1.5 weeks - as soon as I saw the chocolates he emailed and explained I’d been sick but they wouldn’t do anything). He emailed back saying he was very disappointed. I also called the company and asked to speak to the person in charge but the person who answered the phone said he was just a phone operator and didn’t have another phone number I could call to speak with a manager. At the end of the call he offered me a full refund. I then received a follow it w up from someone else saying I wouldn’t receive a full refund. The treatment was horrendous.
