AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Horrible service from the start….sent 5 curtains for dry cleaning and the only good thing was collection and taking money from my account. The quote procing giving was wrong and their charged me extra despite the poor cleaning, they lost some items in the process and took them 48h to locate and most importantky the communication is terrible. The mails and chat on the website are very polite but not followed upon. The company is ran by a rude man who shouts at you on the phone when things go wrong. PLEASE AVOID if you don’t want to lose money, time and patience.
I wish I had read previous reviews before giving them my garments and my debut card number!
