Won Court Case Against Them
Hamlet Laundry damaged my belongings and refused to repair them unless I paid more. They also charged me for two items when I only gave them one. This was a breach of UK consumer laws. After taking them to court, I was awarded a judgment in my favour.

don’t bother booking slot, doesn’t matter
I am using the first (and last time) this service.
My machine has broke down so I had to use alternate solutions for the time being but I am absolutely disappointed based on the service.
You can book time sloth for collection and delivery, however it doesn’t mean anything.
Today supposed to deliver back my goods between 1-3pm and as of 5pm still nowhere. Saying busier than usual so delayed. Thinking I have whole day to sit home. Why can I book a slot if it’s being ignored? I had to stay home from work and wait for you to come, with this loosing a day worth of Wages!!! Who is gonna pay for my work today that I missed!???????
Absolutely ridiculous, never ever again. If you value your time, do not waste your money and time on them. Unacceptable.
Edit: arrived at 6:30 PM!!!!!!!

Hamlet Laundry is recommendable for laundry & dry cleaning. As per my londoner friends recommendation I downloaded their app from play store & booked order for my clothings. first time i got 30% discount from app. as per scheduled booking their delivery man came & picked up my laundry stuff. Also returned my goods nicely on time. as i have several experience with hamlet laundry without disruption incan easily recommend anyone to go woth hamlet laundry.
