HALO Cars Recensioni

First time using Halo Cars, in fact any taxi service for airport collection. Absolutely flawless experience from start to finish. Was collected with minimal wait despite arriving 20mins early. Gurwinder our driver had tracked the flight and knew in advance we would be early so was on standby around the corner from the airport. He was exceptionally courteous and professional, easy to chat with. Really cannot fault them. Also the pricing for the journey was significantly better than competing airport taxi firms. Will definitely use again!

Fantastic experience! The driver was very nice, even arriving early. Would definitely book again.

Mohammed did a wonderful job! He was very professional, responsive, kind, and a safe driver. I will absolutely consider Halo cars next time I visit the UK. I will also recommend Halo cars to friends.

Good booking process and communication. Well maintained and good car. On time pickup and drop. Will definitely use the service in future if required.

Point to point safely but...
The travelers mentioned the car was very filled with cigarette smoke. The company made sure that they had all of the details for the trip and contact #s for the travelers, I felt good that the driver would be there to pick up the travelers.

Only been through the booking process at present, but very thorough and come across as very professional. Very easy to talk to.

Perfekter Service von Anfang bis zum Schluss.

Sehr gute, klare Kommunikation, zuverlässige Abholung und angenehme Reise. Das nächste Mal werde ich wieder hier buchen.

Fantastic experience booking our journey from Heathrow to North Wales.
The driver was very accommodating and considerate of our needs.
After a very long flight, the final leg of our journey with children, lots of luggage and a dog was incredibly smooth. Thank you!

Exceptional kindness & care from the driver on my journey from Devon to London & back yesterday 26/06/25. Waqas Ahmed was kind, attentive & went over and above to make the journey more pleasant. I am so grateful to him & his exceptional care & consideration. You should be very proud to have such a wonderful man as one of your drivers delivering exceptional service to myself & others. Thank you Waqas. Rachel Curtis, Devon

My driver, Muhammed, was professional and courteous on both journeys.

Efficiency

Easy on-line request. Competitive quote received. Had a query which was quickly and professionally resolved

Fasil picked us up a little earlier and packed the cases in the boot, getting to the airport in good time. Halo cars keep you informed with emails from the time you book till the driver picks you up.
First class service.

Our driver Waqas was very friendly, polite and professional. His vehicle was exceptionally clean and his driving impeccable. His instructions for pick up and collection were very clear and timely. He made the start and end of our holiday-thank you very much Waqas! We will definitely use and recommend Halos for any future trips

I booked Halo cars after reviewing a lot of companies. The communication was very clear about who would pick us up. Our driver, Duncan was a great professional and extremely polite. For me and my sister, we felt safe and also received several wonderful tips about places to visit close to Northampton. I would definitely recommend the service & I would use it myself when travelling to the UK to visit my family. It is a comfortable, safe and professional service.

I was struck by the care they took to ensure mr airport trips synced with flight schedules. I expect the driver will be as good as on aprebvious trip

Professional and sympathetic manner I received Omar is very efficient and kind too

The booking was easy to do and the customer service helpful and friendly.

Halo cars was easy to deal with. Great communication updates and confirmation of dates, driver etc. Our driver Khalid Ahmed was fantastic. He arrived early, helped with bags, was very courteous and was very accommodating and considerate. He had bottled water for each of us which was appreciated given the 4.5 hour drive ahead. He constantly checked to see if we needed to stop and if everything was ok. I highly recommend him as a driver, he represents Halo Cars well.

The Driver found me in the arrivals lounge and the drive to Nottingham was comfortable and safe. He is a good driver. If I need another car from an airport, I will use Halo.
