I received my order very quickly but it was missing an item. I sent an email and received a response right away. They apologized for the missing item and said they would send it out right away. I received an email the next day stating it had been shipped and the next day I received it. Excellent customer service. I am also very happy with the quality of items.

The prayer shawl was a birthday gift for my pastor. When it was opened, he was pleased and I was excited. I love the quality, texture and color. We both are very satisfied.

Sorry I have waited to do a review because I have not received anything from you all and can not at this time give a review and I don't know when the package will be here and I do not even know where it is. But will when I receive it.

A month to wait on a product purchased is a long time. So when their is no communication, me the buyer (and most buyers I think) can start to feel like I have been swindled. I hope that is not the case but, I have not even received any follow-up emails or anything giving me any shalom concerning what I purchased 1 month ago. If you guys can figure out a way to keep your costumers happy while they wait for so so long, that would be a great addition to your store.

Exactly what I expected and was delivered in about 3 weeks unexpectedly. The tracking number they gave me from UPS never showed it hit the US yet. Then I get a package from USPS on my porch. I believe they must have given me the wrong tracking number. But I’m very impressed with the Rams horn. I wish it was wider at the end for a deeper sound but it still does the job. Amen.

I am pleased to say, the order process was easy, and my son likes his shofar gift. The only thing I experienced was that I didn't receive a final email that my order had been shipped.

I finally received my two shofar bags. The fabric and style of the bags are just what I expected. Very beautiful inscription lettering.
What I am saddened by is that the bag is an advertisement.
I thought I was purchasing a beautiful bag to carry each of our shofars.

I am very happy with my Tallit and feel very blessed to have it. It’s also very beautifully made.
