We used Andy for our mortgage, I had recently become self employed and many other advisors were telling me it was virtually impossible to get a mortgage with only 12 months books, in stepped Andy to save the day. He made it so easy to understand and explained everything from start to finish. We met over a coffee and he took the details he required and later that afternoon we had a mortgage offer from Halifax. We had issues with the valuation of the house and Andy went above and beyond communicating with both Halifax and the estate agent to challenge the valuation and get a second opinion on it
We were kept upto date every step of the way and Andy kept his eye on the interest rates, we managed to get a better a deal on our repayments

We couldn’t recommend Andy enough, if anyone is thinking about using the company it will be the best decision you make 👍🏼

Great experience end to end. After having dealings with multiple mortgage brokers over the years, my wife and I like to think we know how to spot a good one. Stevie at Hallcroft has been great! Her communication has been above and beyond. She recommended a solicitor and this is where we usually start to see cracks appear!
