A good seller, honest and tried their best to fulfil my urgent need of delivery.
Previously when delivery was mishandled, not their fault, the owner made sure to fix the problem immediately.

All well that ends well
All was going well until I had to message them to find out where delivery was. Should have had email to say it was delayed. But to their credit had an offer to put me on, but could manage without it. Delivered then as expected. So all good in the end. I am impressed with their swift reactions to any problem. This how I have worked in the past. As long as a customer knows you are doing your best to solve issues/keep informed, I found that they are prepared to wait. Many thanks. Much appreciated

Excellent product at a very reasonable price- I was paying a lot more previously from a local supplier!!

Still waiting for a refund
Still waiting for a refund, be wary of this company. The subscription doesn't notify in advance and is processed the same day so if you've forgotten about it (not uncommon on the 3 month subscription) it'll dispatch on the same day without a chance to stop it. I did contact Halite Salts on the same day and was told they would stop it being dispatched but this didn't happen. They then ignored my messages and finally called last Friday to say they had "requested the offshore admin team to process my refund which should be done in 48 hours" this never happened and i'm still waiting. They told me to keep the product and they'd give me a full refund, although I wish i'd now returned to sender.
I've been forced to contact my card provider to deal with the refund.

Our intention was always to resolve this promptly, but we clearly failed to follow through as we should have. This is not the level of service we strive to provide, and we take your feedback very seriously. We have now processed your refund in full, and you should have received an email confirmation of this. If you have not received it, please let us know, and we will ensure it reaches you.
Additionally, we recognise that our subscription service did not provide adequate notice before renewal. We are now implementing changes to ensure customers receive more advanced notice before a subscription payment is processed.
