Nice shop with extremely incompetent staff. Treating customers as if you are superior is not okay. So I came there to buy some vape liquids and obv got asked if I have an ID (but I didn’t). Totally understand, totally fine. I live close to the shop so said I’ll come back soon. Pleased that I look young, I gave a woman working there my ID, smiling and saying “I’m 25”, and that doesn’t require an answer “yeah and I’m 34”. Like…I don’t need to know this but you are checking my passport specifically for that! Okay next, I told her I have their loyalty card but I haven’t used it in a while since I haven’t been to this store, so I’m not sure if giving her just my phone number would be enough. So I asked if this loyalty system is still in place. And in return I got looked at as if I’m some kind of idiot. And during the whole convo I was treated like I’m a complete nobody. Yeah that’s what you are waiting for when you go to Hale to get some liquids. Def coming to this store, but not if that’s her shift.

Really happy with the quality of The Hale liquids. Always friendly in the shops when I go in and super fast delivery when I order online. 👌

Refused to take age verification after i paid for my order and not will not ship. Stay away!!!!!

Stay away from this vape liquid. The liquid lacks any flavour, its like vaping water. You are getting ripped off, the liquid does not last well compared to other brands like wicked. You will find bottles are going much quicker than other brands, they are doing this to keep you having to buy them...very bad.. avoid at all costs.

Flavours are nasty. Should probably have someone test and improve the flavours before releasing them.

Absolute bullsh*t company, i have place an order and after 1 week and the order still not shipped . So, i write an email to them and they deleted the order and ship a replacement (not refund ) to me. Very scammy company.

Was served by a very rude woman bigger woman. I usually come in when a man or woman with an accent are there because you can have a genuinely friendly chat with both of them. She really turned me off coming into Hale.

Hi I've been buying from Hale for years, have you recently changed buyers for the gos filters, I've had one after another new filters leak or worse I'm getting a mouthful of liquid when I inhale..... Its actually embarrassing to go back to the shop AGAIN about it... Just tonight I filled a new filter AGAIN ITS JUST LEAKED OUT THE BOTTOM OF IT ALL OVER THE COUNTER.... apart from the loss of liquid vape each time I'm really losing faith in your product..... Please reply, thank you.

I’ve been going to hale in the square Tallaght and overall the staff are very friendly and helpful, Sheniece is very professional and informative and seems to really enjoy her job. I would definitely recommend hale in the square Tallaght the staff are great.

I have used Sceptre kit ( was constantly leaking of oil and the same I was wasting money on it)
Then I got Kroma Z ...( really good strong with lad screen where u can adjust wat and wipe out your puffs at the end of the day BUT suddenly battery issues began first I couldn't charge it because of lose port and then even with full battery it switches off and won't back on by next few hours or days
. In Hale at Square I was told that battery can't be changed and I need to buy new one. They only last for a year... yeah but its been like 6 months )
So I'm not satisfied at the end I'm using this first leaking vape and trying to find a good Vape 😕

I have never had such crap products they are conning people out of their hard earned money then if you buy a product for €4 they charge you£5 to post it to n Ireland then when I complained they basically said they don't give a sh_t

Well, I scanned through the site to look for the best battery for my mum. And found a few nice ones in the 70e range. But, read the fine print. As it stated that you needed batteries to operate this, and they weren't included. So, we found the MVP5 which is great, is has a survival kit, light, compass, usb port that can charge my mum's s9 for 10 hours, and the clock counts down telling you how much charge time you have remaining to charge your item. It's waterproof, and you can control the watts from 0 all the way up to 120watts power, that is amazing, the battery lasts for around 2 weeks and the Ajax tanks are great, it's so stylish. It has lots of settings were you change change the light settings, set up a pin code so when you turn it off its locked, so no more worries are your kids smoking it behind your back. And, another great perk that will help you cut down on your usage is the puff counter, it tells you how many overall puffs, and also how many puffs you've had for that day, which is updated after 12pm by the clock and date system you can set up. Oh, did i mention its the most powerful led light I've seen on something so compact, it has many different light functions like S.O.S, it's a true survivor tool. It's the most expensive but if you really want the best vape pen and be able to control it and set it up the way you want to. Then, I see no other choice rather than the MVP5. Oh, and the coils it uses last waaaayyyy longer than the other brands, okay im going to stop, cause I'm not premoting it here, i just wanted to give you an opinion from someone who has been using vape pens before you could even get them in this country. The site overall is great, we have done well, over 10 deliveries and not once has an order been wrong. The shops staff are pretty well versed in their products, might be rude sometimes in the one in the city, but he knows his stuff. Hope this helps, please like if you found this useful. I bought a Kroma Zenith R for 70€ and when I brought it home I found out there was no battery in it, it did not come with it which I wasn't told. It did not say battery not included. So I brought it back the next day which was today and there was another girl on, I asked her how come no battery, she said batteries don't come with it. Except I was not told it didn't come with a battery. She wasn't refunding my money, there was no sign saying it did not come with a battery. I told her about my consumer rights and she said she didn't care about my consumer rights. I had to buy a battery for 10€, which in the end was a SCAM.
Like in Argos it clearly states, "batteries not included".

My recent experience seems to suggest a lack in accuracy regarding available stock, errors in order history, a link to DpD which is directed to TNT and confusion with tracking references.
I received an email from Dpd with ref.details not as informed the day before.
Difficult to award any praise but at least and hopefully , the order balance will be dispatched today
