Great products and selection. All real clothes. Just wish I could get better updates on shipping. Not expecting Amazon speed, but I did wait 2 weeks for tracking info. Otherwise great service and a good growing team.

What made my experience professional was that someone was in contact with me the entire time. It assures a customer when someone send them updates on their package continuously and checks up on them.

I ordered a pair of Akatsuki sandals from Hakai Culture. It said allow 10 days for item to ship. Sadly it took alot longer than that... yet even tho I had to wait nearly 2 months to receive my order, there was not a day or time that I was not informed by the Hakai team about what exactly was going on with my order. From the very 1st email I sent them w/my curiosity about the status of my order i was not only assured that I would receive my order, I was also sent multiple updates after that 1st email w/o having to initiate the conversation! When I received my order I was stoked! Its exactly how I pictured them when ordering them. The size chart made it easy to get the correct size and the material used is not cheep. They are quite comfortable & I will definitely get my use out of them! Last but not least, there seem to be many new sites advertising there anime gear on Facebook, Twitter & YouTube these days. If you want my opinion & you want things done correctly, get yourself on over to the Hakai Culture website now! Check out their wide variety of Anime gear & trust ME! You can't go wrong w/these guys. It was pretty simple to gaze around the various pieces you guys offer. I’m expected to receive my order on the 20th, so i’m more than pleased with HakaiCulture !!

The shorts I got are amazing quality and the akatsuki design is sick but i think you guys should adjust size charts just a little cause I got a medium and fit 30-32 but they’re kinda tight on me. Other than that absolutely no complaints whatsoever because they are a good material and super comfortable

I have sensitive skin so the quality of products is the most important part of anything that I purchase, and these are perfect BY FAR. They always have cool promos going on where you can get anywhere from 10% or more off on your order. Or if you buy multiple items you sometimes get a few free! I had picked up a mystery box & got another free! Also their fabric/material is super good 💪🏽
