I was surprised by the excessive customs costs once the parcel arrived at my door - having no indication in advance of the likely fee. Your T&Cs do state that the customer is liable but you don’t give any transparency on likely costs. Unfortunately the additional €28 customs for a delivery in France make your products too expensive. I regularly order products from the UK and those companies seem to do a better job of import costs.

Great products on the gummies , and shampoo and conditioner hopefully will start to see results soon

I recently tried the Hair Gain Shampoo and Conditioner and I loved them! They smelt amazing and felt really lovely in my hair! Would definitely recommend them!

I had twins in my early 40’s and so had a double whammy of post pregnancy / breastfeeding hair teamed with perimenopausal hair = thinning x 1,000 …I’ve been using Hair Gain Now for 2-3 months (plus I do take A&B collagen) and it’s definitely helped make my hair super thick and super soft, it’s insane, literally doubled in volume and thickness. Bought 2 months of hair gummies, tasted nice and good quality.
I thought give another month but no difference to hair growth so far.
So jury out currently if they work.
Hope so as quite expensive.

Have been taking the capsules for a number of months plus using the hair mask 1 or 2 times a month. Recently I bought the shampoo and conditioner. Last week I had my haircut, my haidresser hasn't seen my hair for about 2 months;she could not believe the great condition of my hair. She said it was soft, no split ends (some dryness from styling) and a lovely shine. She is not the first to notice!

Hair Gain is an amazing product.
I had been complaining about my hair thinking that it was flat/thin due to a bad cut. This wasn't the case my hair was thinning . Within 2 washes i noticed a difference, so much so that I bought some for my sister in law who had lost a lot of hair through ill health. Both of us are over the moon with the results. I'm going to buy the gummies this month to see what improvements they can bring. Thank you Hair Gain.

Having lost hair due to stress, I tried the hair gummies for 3 months but no results sadly

I then tried the HairGain capsules for 60 days but nothing so far but now onto a second course, ever hopeful, and willing to give them a try.

Bought Shampoo and Conditioner after recommendation.

The packaging/bottles are great. Have been using now for a few weeks. The shampoo leaves my hair very tangled and doesn’t get much of a lather. The conditioner does leave my hair feeling soft but seems a little heavy so making my hair very flat.

Will keep using but not sure would rebuy. This is only on my hair others may have different experience

Good customer service. Came fairly quickly. Only started using it, spells great and feel my hair is feeling thicker.

Having taken this product for 3 months plus perhaps 5 months regular, although I have not seen any significant change, having had a meaningful conversation with the company they have given me some good advice which I will take on board meaning I will continue the product at higher strength in addition to scalp foam.
The advice given makes sense and I will monitor in the coming 2 months to see how I get on, in addition I have been advised of a tricholgist that I can contact for specialist should I choose to use that option.

Hairgain is an amazing product especially the capsules I am a hairdresser with over forty five years experience and I love this range especially good for Menopausal hair.

Having taken the capsules I can definitely say my hair has grown and continues to do so.
It has helped my self confidence enormously, my eyebrows too going from sparse to healthy looking.
My hair totally gray but the new growth is almost all black, thick n healthy.

I would definitely recommend these supplements. My hair was very thin after illness, but it is now much thicker and has grown past my shoulders. My hairdressser can't believe it. It's taken a little while, but it's worth waiting for.
