I purchased flip in hair extension - it has arrived with very poor quality of hair and product. I want to return it for a refund which is simple ? No - I keep getting chased with emails about Exchange, what is wrong with the product, why don't you like the product which is delaying my refund. After a week of trying I have not been provide with any return address and want to charge 30% restock fee. China based company. Avoid.

I sent a photo of my hair colour so that they could match the hair extension they recommend a colour & I purchased that colour. When I received the hair extension the colour did not match. I returned the item & asked for an exchange as I didn't want to pathetic 30% restock fee. I posted the item & had a return to sender if undelivered. I have not received an exchange or a refund nor has my return been sent back to me. They now have my money & original hair extension that was never used & I have nothing. They refuse to send me an exchange.
DO NOT BE SUCKED IN THIS WEB SITE IS A SCAM.

I have extension since many years and this hair is definitely not human hair. If there is human hair in the bundle it is max. 20%, so this would be a grade 3 hair (highest being 8) or in other measuring scales a Type D hair (A being the best). The measurement are based on how much % of synthetic hair is mixed in.
I talked to the seller, they insisted it is human hair. Communication was reliable and fast. Color is nice, shipping was very slow, took for ever.
I could have returned them but there is handling fee of 30% (!), and the shipment cost (to China!) is on me!
Decided not to ship back but to never by again form this seller. First and last time.
What I also noted was, that I wanted to leave a review but there is no possibility to chose less than the five stars! Total fraud and scam!
Try out Aliexpress.com and look for Luvme hair. Extraordinary!

I ordered from this company, they took my money and no product delivered,!!!! The page bounced from my details back to their home giving me no process/ tracking order as of the order didn't exist, but they took the money out of my account!!! Can't even prove I put the order in!!!

in case the poor grammar and spelling werent indication enough. I got duped thinking i was talking to a US company, as everything indicates Pacific time zone.

whole experience was crap, start to finish. unable to find a trackable method to return the hair, and ya know they cant be trusted to receive it, so, eating $200.00 on the deal unless i manage to sell it locally.

Nachdem ich über die Weihnachtstage die starken Prozente ausnutzen wollte, bestellte ich bei Hairextensionsbuy.de. Es verzögerte sich aufgrund der Feiertage alles und ich erhielt mein Paket nachdem ich am 25ten bestellte, am 4ten Januar. Leider war in dem Paket nur ein Teil der Bestellung und als ich dann die Reviews im Internet sah, ahnte ich schon schlimmes. Jedoch war der Support hingegen aller schlechten Erwartungen durchweg positiv und ich erhielt mein 2ten Teil der Bestellung mit Expressversand. Qualität 1A. 4 Sterne, aufgrund der kleinen Beschwerden, jedoch Support und Qualität sind super!

I canceled my order according to their policy a few weeks ago and they still have not refunded my money. I tried to call them, but it keeps going to the answering machine. They are a SCAM. Please do not order from them.

I ordered hair extensions and spent an extra $25 to have them delivered within 2 days. I never received my package and I have bought from this company before and have never had to sign for a package. I received an email saying the package was return to them and I asked them politely for my money back because I never received anything they said no and sent me a tracking number. I tried the tracking number and went to my local UPS and couldn't find anything. I just got off the phone with them, the gentlemen told me he would refund me my money once they get the extensions back. I told them they already have them because I have an email saying they were returned. I just want my money back for a product I never recieved. Horrible customer service and I feel like I was SCAMMED... DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. and on the site they said they do happily refund your money, obviously not!!!

habe zwar meine Extensions bekommen aber die bondings waren vom Durchmesser viel zu dick und schlecht verarbeitet!!!
wollte sie umtauschen und da fings an wollten das ich das Geld zurück nehmen wo ich den Versand selber bezahlen muss und 30% werden mir noch abgezogen!! Eine andere Ware dafür zu bekommen wollten sie scheinbar nicht weil sie damit kamen nochmal eine Bestellung zu machen wo ich 5% drauf bekommen hätte und die die falsch gekommen sind sollte ich an Freunde verkaufen!! also Ware umtauschen machen sie scheinbar nicht gern weil sie daran nichts verdienen!! habe mir selber geholfen und sie so gebastelt wie ich sie brauche!!!

Sehr schlechte Qualität und lange Lieferzeit. Niemalsehr wieder!!!

Ich musste zwei Wochen warten, obwohl 2 - 4 Tage Lieferzeit angegeben werden, die Haare waren sehr schnell filzig und gingen aus.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE FRAUDSTERS! CLAIM TO USE "REAL HAIR" BUT IT IS ACTUALLY SYNTHETIC! I FOUND OUT AFTER THE EXTENSIONS CAUGHT ON FIRE IN MY HAIR AND BURNT MY HEAD, HAIR AND SCALP!!!

This business has a clear order cancellation policy outlined on there site and the only way I could get them to go by THEIR policy was threatening to report them to the Better Business Bureau.

Need to talk with a representative? Good luck! I emailed them twice with no response, called them numerous times to be told that nobody could answer my call, and finally got ahold of someone through their "live chat" link.

What is worse than their customer service? Their products! After 4 days of no response, I got feed-up and just asked for the extensions I'd order. I've gotten a set from both Luxy and Dirty Looks, and realized they were without a doubt worth the extra $20-30 dollars. Receiving this business's poor quality extensions made my headache 10 times worse. At least 35% of the hair immediately came out when I first received and combed them. It was awful.

Seriously i don't know what you to say. Truly so far I've not had any problem with the hair i ordered and I'm even buy for friends as well. I am very happy and pleased with the delivery system my only problem is that it takes 3 days to process it and i think that's too long. Apart from that, I'm happy with hairextensionbuy.

Well I purchased my hair I April , I just installed on the 31st of may today is now the 9th of June and I'm ready to take it out. The hair is looking nappy already , the ends are dry and brittle and when I got it installed and curled the hair was literally burning in the flat irons and it doesn't hold curls , so I will not purchase any hair from you all again I should have known when it came in packs like the synthetic hair does.

These extensions are amazing. I have purchased much more expensive extensions at a beauty supply store and they don't even compare to these. They are extremely soft and the light brown has great highlights in them and it matched my exact hair color. These are light and extremely comfortable. I will definitely be purchasing more. I also got the little one clip highlight extensions. So far I love everything and will definitely not be buying anything else from anywhere else.

I ordered the u tip 100 strand pre bonded strands body wave which was easy to do i understood they came from china and would take up to two weeks to arrive so when they did arrive they were a totally different colour to what id ordered a few weeks previous so im really disapointed i ordered 613 bleached blonde and they are a few shades darker than my hair and from the full head clip on 24 inch extensions i ordered a couple of weeks previous which came were the right colour 613 bleach blonde i was really happy with them i needed them to be pre bonded into my hair this week so im really disapointed.
