Their quality is absolute rubbish and nowhere near the pictures on their website, which are clearly stolen from reputable brands like Ganni. Trying to return an item is a nightmare. They ignore your messages initially, then demand evidence of the poor quality, and finally insist you send the item back to China with a tracked shipment that costs nearly as much as the product itself.

When I filed a chargeback with my bank, they threatened to take me to court and ruin my credit score if I didn't retract it. This shop is nothing but a scam. Avoid them at all costs! If you've already fallen victim, remember you can claim your money back through your bank. AVOID!

If I could give zero stars I would. The quality of items sent does not match their website and their returns system is a scam. 14 days to return but no portal. An email address is provided to start the returns process but responses are vague and so delayed they take you beyond the 14 days. I wish I had read reviews before buying and would advise everyone avoid this website at all costs!

I agree with everything already said! The images they are using are not what they are selling! Cheap and nasty!
“Kaye” has given me a refund address which I sent the top back to but surprise surprise a month later I still haven’t received a refund!

I wish I had checked this before ordering. This site is a full scam. The images on the website are not the clothing you receive. I've tried to return my item but they are telling me I have to pay for postage to CHINA.

Same as all other comments. This is a complete scam. Quality is beyond poor. They need to be shut down! They have no social media presence which says it all. They will not respond to my request to return. I hate that they have my bank details!

Scam website as all the other reviews state, AVOID, Poor quality item, nothing like the photograph awful customer service, wont provide a return address. I'd also be very nervous about them having my data, Ive had a lot of security breaches on my online accounts since purchasing. Change all your passwords!

This website is a scam. The quality is horrendous. looks nothing like the image. I have emailed them 10 times for a return order form and they are ignoring me. Do not buy anything from this website. Total scam.

Avoid. Cheap rip-off of what you see in pics.

Ordered the merrell blouse - it took nearly 2 weeks to arrive. The blouse is not the same as the photo on their website - I believe they use other companies images. Very very bad quality. No return details

This clothing website/ brand is a scam - using images from other websites and clothing companies. Clothes are cheap quality from China and take weeks to arrive, and customer service doesn’t respond. DO NOT shop here!! You can’t return as they don’t have a returns portal, only way is to email their customer service team who don’t reply

Shirt was so cheaply made - looked nothing like the advertisement. I reached out to them to return the item as I was out of the country when it arrived, which the shirt took forever to arrive!! They would not allow return! Trust me avoid this store, I wish I had read all of the horrible reviews before ordering.

I ordered a top. Waited ages for it to arrive. The quality is dreadful. Nothing like the photos. I’ve emailed several times, trying to return the item and get a refund. No one is responding!!!

I wish I had read these reviews before purchasing. The item took 3 weeks to arrive (from China) and was completely different to the photos, awful cheap fabric, horrible smell and poorly made. Tried contacting them to return the item (as there was nothing in the parcel, not even an invoice) however I've had no response. AVOID!!

Avoid at all costs. This company is a complete scam, the item is nothing like the picture - it is such awful quality and gets shipped from China which isn’t stated on the website. Trying to get a refund but I’m not receiving any communications from this ‘company’ and have been scammed. I wish I’d seen these reviews before I ordered in April.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS this company is a scam! Received a top almost 2 months after ordering only to find out it was a completely different top to the one I ordered, so cheaply made and completely different pattern / style, the pictures online are fake and you have to return to China which costs the same price as the item itself. When disputing the return costs they wanted to charge, I quoted the Consumer Rights Act which allows me to receive full refund including return shipping to which they denied. Don’t buy anything from this scam site!

Do not buy from here. Their items looks nothing like their pictures and I think they are using pictures from other retailers. I am still waiting for returns process so I can get a refund.

Avoid - company is based in China and their clothes are cheaply made. All the reviews on their website are fake and photos have been stolen from instagram. Costs a fortune to send back to China for a refund. Their website won’t let you leave reviews.
