Absolutely stellar service from a…

Absolutely stellar service from a company I’d never used before. From enquiring to pricing, ordering to delivery, rob and Lucy just went the extra mile to make the whole experience as smooth as possible.
And on top of that, the walling stone is absolutely gorgeous and the clients are super happy. (Which always helps:)
Will definitely use again and I can highly recommend them. Top job guys. Cheers

Absolutely brilliant.

Absolutely brilliant.
I saw Jason making a delivery, Jason was very helpful and I contacted Rob. Within two hours my order of superb Blue Lias stones were with me. Really great quality and an excellent service all round . Thanks all at the quarry 👍👍

We paid about £250 +vat per bag we had…

We paid about £250 +vat per bag we had about 350 square metres.a lot of the stone in bags had to go back to supplier because of poor quality. It was changed but it took us a lot of labour time to sort out stone on site .
They thought we were being very fussy but a lot of it was very poor quality.

Thank you for your review. I'm sorry you thought our stone was poor quality - this does not normally happen, and we were more than happy to exchange and refund any unsuitable stone. I also apologise if the impression was given that you were fussy, this was not our intention we wanted to work with you to ensure you got the correct product for your project. We will in future make sure that our product is up to the standard that both we and our customers expect, and we will review our customer service procedures to ensure this does not happen again.
