Hi Sally,
Thank you for your feedback. This is the first time we have come across this issue, as when we design products, we always test that they are fit for purpose. We are wondering if something has slipped through our quality control, so please contact us directly with images so we can resolve this for you.
We are a small business and we take pride in everything we make, so we really do hope we hear from you soon.

Great dinnerware, secure delivery
Love my dinnerware, customer service really helpful and responsive. I was a little worried that they were coming such a long way that they would get damaged in transit but I genuinely don’t think I’ve ever received anything so securely packaged, everything arrived perfectly intact.

Great product
Great product, arrived on time. Use it every day. Looks good and pours beautifully. No more messy oil drips. I use it for my everyday cooking oil. May get another one for salad oil.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry the items weren’t right for you.
We’re a small pottery studio and we work hard to operate fairly with every customer. Our returns policy is stated clearly on our website: unless an item arrives faulty, return postage is the customer’s responsibility, and this was the case here. Every product listing includes detailed descriptions and photos so customers can choose confidently before ordering.
We’ve already reached out to you directly to talk this through, and we’re always happy to help however we can. We take real care in how we describe and photograph each handmade piece, and we’re proud of the experience we offer our customers.
This was ordered as a gift
This was ordered as a gift, suggested by a link to your website. Arrived promptly, has been posted onwards (alas, you deliver to many countries, but not Cyprus). I'm sure it will be exactly as desired.
