Olivia contacted me 7 months before my fixed term period was up. I didn’t rush to get all the information Olivia needed as it was 7 months until my term ended. Unfortunately this meant the interest rate has increased. In future, I will ensure I get the information to them soonest so they can get me the best deal as Olivia clearly knows a lot more about the market than I do and was trying to gently alert me without being pushy, which I really appreciate.
Habito make it really easy to navigate through the application process, you upload the required documentation and they check through it all.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Habito and would like thank Olivia for genuinely trying to get the best deal for me and chivvying me along when I needed it!

I had a tricky situation with multiple properties and some loan consolidation which I wanted to re-mortgage to make things more straight forward and reduce the amount of payments/outgoings. I had previously struggled with this dealing directly with banks due to my overseas working but Olivia at Habito was extremely helpful and conscientious in understanding my unique situation as she worked and assisted me towards a mortgage offer and positive outcome. I went with Habito Plus after seeing for me it was both cheaper and more convenient. So far this has been excellent and I would absolutely recommend!
