The door is exactly as we I had hoped. Excellent quality and installed with care and attention to detail.

Finished roof looks great, guys on-site were good and got on with the job at hand, a couple of communication issues on a couple of days but nothing too serious, very happy overall.

From start to finish - the sales, support team and fitting team were all excellent. If we had any queries they were answered quickly. Justin arrived early, all deliveries went smoothly as planned and he worked all day non-stop so we had confidence in the fitting from day one. As a big supporter for craft workmanship in local businesses we would have no hesitation in recommending them again.

Polite, responsive staff.
Easy to talk to when needed.
I felt my needs were being listened to.
Fitters were polite, careful, worked solidly and cleaned up after a good installation of a new front door.
No loud music playing, which I appreciated.

Great product and very stylish perfect for what we wanted

When considering having our conservatory roof replaced, I approached and received quotations from three other companies before contacting Hugo at Habify. In speaking to him it soon became evident that I was dealing with someone whose prime interest was to provide a new conservatory roof that was going to truly meet my expectations, rather than for the other companies I’d approached, be just another job.

On emailing photos and dimensions to him, Hugo was able to give a realistic estimate of the cost, which in comparison to the other companies, offered a far better cost v benefits v quality equation.
Hugo’s visit to our property was informative, unhurried and professional. He didn’t try at any time to oversell the product, ensuring as discussions went on it was something that was going to be to our benefit.
Having paid the deposit, arrangements were made for the survey, which was carried out on the day and time agreed. The surveyor was very friendly and approachable, I was able to input my own thoughts into the project, particularly for areas such as the original box guttering etc. I was pleased to receive his recommendations as these were going to offer a significant improvement to the internal look of the conservatory.
I received a detailed day by day schedule of what would happen, and when, which was extremely useful as both my wife and myself were having to attend health related appointments.
On the start day, Justin the fitter arrived exactly at the agreed time which demonstrated his commitment to our project.
If everybody worked as Justin did during the three days he was with us, this country wouldn’t be in the mess it is today. He worked tirelessly, not cutting any corners but applying skill and quality to each and every aspect of the roofs replacement. On the last afternoon he went the whole mile, completing his work by hoovering the patio area adjacent to the conservatory.
Both the electrician and plasterers involved were very professional in their work ethic, ensuring their part of the project was completed on time to a highly professional standard.
In considering replacing our conservatory roof, my wife and I went to see a friend’s conservatory roof replacement which had been carried out by Habify . I’m known to be a bit finicky about workmanship etc but seeing our friends conservatory convinced me that Habify was the company with whom we needed to place our business.
We are more than happy to recommend Habify to anyone and it’s pleasing to confirm that neighbours of ours, after seeing our roof conversion, are having Habify convert theirs.
Hugo hasn’t been a fit and forget type person, he has contacted us several times to ensure we are happy with Habify’s work, and that we are enjoying what is now a warmer and more comfortable extension to our living space.

Great customer service from the initial enquiry we made about warm roofs to the finished work and the final on-site visi. The schedule of works was followed. All trades involved; the fitters, the electrician and plasterer were really pleasant and very professional. A special mention to Dan and Brad the installers worked extremely hard with a high level of attention to detail.

We opted for Habify as a local independent company who were competitive on price. Hugo was very professional and good to deal with. We had 2 different sets of internal aluminium doors, one sliding and one set of french doors. One or two issues did arise but Hugo was totally on the ball to get these rectified and this validated our choice in using Habify. The products supplied are excellent, they’re a great addition to our house and we couldn’t be happier. We would be happy to recommend Habify to friends and family

Hugo and his team recently installed an internal door for us, and the quality of their work was outstanding. The installation was smooth, efficient, and carried out with real precision. They were professional, tidy, and respectful of the space—clearly experts who care about getting things right. The end result is excellent, and we wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others.

I'm delighted with my new roof. I now have a room that's a sensible temperature that I can use all year round. Habify did a great job - completed in five days. Dan (who installed it) was reliable, conscientious, careful, thorough, and respectful of my property. Customer contact with Habify was great too, with any queries being dealt with immediately. The stage-payment system was also helpful. I would definitely recommend them to anyone thinking of swapping their old polyurethane roof for a proper insulated one.

Habify installed a new warmer roof on our Victorian conservatory and replaced the porch roof with better insulation and the same matching tapco grey slate tiles. Communication with Hugo/Gary and workmanship from the team throughout was superb, with works being completed from start to finish in just 6 days. The conservatory roof has made a huge difference in terms of warmth/homely feel and I would 100% recommend Habify to anybody looking for a warmer roof conversion.

The time had come to replace our polycarbonate conservatory roof with a fully insulated Warm Roof, a friend who had undertaken a similar job recommended Habify for the quality of their workmanship so we invited them to quote.

Their surveyor undertook a thorough site survey and made a number of recommendations (some of which reduced the financial outlay !). The quote was at the level we anticipated so we signed the paperwork.

A technical survey was undertaken in early January 2025 with installation set for the end of the month.

The installation team completed their work to a very high standard and were clearly proud of the quality and standards they set; we could not have been more impressed by their attitude, workmanship and friendly approach.

The plasterers were also of the highest standard, they were meticulous in their set up to ensure the minimum of mess and gave us advice on drying times, painting process etc.

The electrician also worked in with the team and after the rest had finished he completed the installation of lighting and the wiring into the main electrics; previously there were no main lights in the conservatory. He also ensured that the lights were set at the right lighting style for our requirements as they had four different settings.

We were extremely impressed by the whole process, the whole team both in the office and those on site delivered our project efficiently, on time and to the highest of standards.

I had my old conservatory fully replaced, including bi-fold doors, new double glazing and roof with roof lantern.
I am very happy with the final product, but as another recent reviewer has commented, it was really very difficult working with this company, I’m afraid to say. Communication was incredibly poor from start to finish and it was a long, challenging and difficult process.
I really don’t want to throw any small company under the bus, so I won’t provide details, but, in short, I would not use them again and could not recommend them, as they currently are.
I need to say that Brad and Sam were great, and worked really hard when on site. Lovely, polite guys too. Hopefully, with some adjustments at an organizational level, the company can thrive, as the end product is great. In summary, the end product is what I wanted but it was not worth the significant additional emotional cost involved due to dire communication and organisation. I’m still waiting for paperwork and have emailed and texted several times.

We engaged Habify to replace the polycarbonate roof of our 4x4m conservatory with a new warm tiled roof, and subsequently to replace the existing gutters and fascias on the home and garage to match those newly fitted to the conservatory.
The work entailed on-site visits by four constructors working in pairs, two plasterers, a painter and an electrician. The conservatory work took 5 days, with 2 days painting a week later, and the gutters took 2 days.
Despite very cold weather, the standard of the work was generally good to excellent, and we are very pleased with the outcomes. The ceiling plastering in particular was of a very high standard. The workmen were industrious, pleasant and competent. All waste materials were removed from site promptly, although we subsequently found some discarded nails, screws, etc., which we needed to clear up.
Our main issue concerned communication. The commencement of the conservatory work was delayed by over 2 weeks, but we had to communicate proactively, rather than being informed in good time before the expected start date, and we found the staff manning the customer helpline to be uninformed and unhelpful. This was stressful and prolonged the upheaval within our home. In contrast, demands for the deposits, stage payments and on completion were always extremely prompt. We received a small discount in recompense.
The work on the gutters and fascias was undertaken 2 weeks or so before the estimated start date, following an issue with a job elsewhere. This rescheduling was at 24 hours notice.
Overall, the standard of workmanship was high and we thank them for all they did for us, but we could not recommend the company owner, Hugo, personally, because of the impact of his lack of communication and customer care.

The surveyors, manager and builders were friendly, not too pushy and when there was a problem, they sorted it out and apologised profusely. The final result is excellent.

Friendly company who delivered on their promises, very pleased with new Heritage Patio doors, look superb. The door installers were polite and efficient. The new doors have transformed the outlook on to our garden.

Really impressed with overall experience. I wanted to go for a smaller independent company, over a large nationwide chain. From the point of quoting through to fitting, everyone was friendly, helpful, informative and not too pushy. I really felt like they genuinely wanted my business and they really adapted to what I asked for. Thank you.

We recently had a skylight fitted by habify. From the first meeting with Glen to the finish product the company have been very professional, they explained every aspect of the job, everything was completed within the time frame quoted.
I would highly recommend habify to family and friends and wouldn’t hesitate using them again myself.
I would just like to give a special mention to Glen, Sam,Dan and Brad nothing was too much trouble they made sure everything was spotlessly cleaned before they left.
