Updating my review to include the brand did reach out to me and offer me a refund less the shipping fee and will be keeping the tools. I responded sharing this is a very reasonable agreement. I appreciate the brand taking the time to address customer concerns.

I responded to a popup ad for the 10" Super gauge. There was an up-sell to add a 5" gauge. It was supposed to be about $36 with the shipping. When I received the package it only had the 10" gauge. When I inquired about it I was told that no I was mistaken. When I asked for a return/refund, this was the response:
"I understand that you clearly stated that you wanted to return the item/s.
Unfortunately, we don’t accept returns on Standard Shipping orders because they’re shipped straight from our Asia warehouse. We only accept returns on orders shipped through Priority Express shipping from our US warehouse.

I wasn't asked where I wanted it shipped from, nor given an explanation for the difference in return possibility.
This is not a company you want to deal with.
If you are interested in anything like this - check out Amazon. They DO have both items for sale from different companies for $29.99 & $30.99 with free shipping and free returns.

I got the tool I ordered and it said on the website that it was 100% money back guarantee. The fine print said unless it comes from China but it also said that it was made in the USA. So when I get it and it doesn't work, the socket falls off the ratchet and I can't make it work. I reach out and say I want my money back and they tell me that it came from China and to send them to a video of it not working. I was upset and felt misled so I sat on it for a little while then I sent them a video of it not working and they let me know it was too late for anything to be done. So I'm stuck with a broken tool and feel misled.

This tool needs maintenance : it always have problem with the catpcha . Please work on it!
