I have some trouble about my purchase and return at the beginning but at the end the person in charge of company, Bez offer a fully refund and also a free replacement for me, and I am i am really appreciate his help. I highly recommend Gymrat and of course, I will come and buy things from them again.

Absolutely brilliant experience with this company, ordered my new spin bike Thursday morning, was delivered Friday evening. There was a part missing from it so I emailed customer service, they came back within 10 minutes and said they would look for the part and get it shipped out. 2 days later they got in touch saying they couldn't locate that part separately so they were sending a completely new bike and to keep the old one for parts should I ever need them. Replacement was here in a day and all parts there so just got unlucky with the first I think.

All in all the customer service was excellent and will be returning soon :)

Excellent as always! Good quality sturdy weights bench to go with my power rack and punch bag. Always quick delivery and great customer service/product knowledge from the team with helping me with product specifications. Will be back again for more stuff :)

Great service, item out of stock as I confirmed order. A few emails, a different item agreed on. Refunded the difference, but as it took 2 days, they sent items next day at no extra charge, as presents. Will be using them again.

Ordered a treadmill from this company and got informed shortly after that the last one had sold just before I ordered mine. The email communication and customer service I had from Behzad was nothing short of excellent and would put a lot of large companies to shame.
Unfortunately couldn't find a suitable alternative so a refund was offered very promptly.
Will definitely be trying Gymrat again if anything suitable comes in.

Had a problem with delivery but worked to resolve it.

After initially not receiving communication regarding the whereabouts of my order, I was telephoned by the customer support team to advise that my email had been filtered into their spam box; hence not receiving the communication. After contacting me, my issue was quickly resolved and I could not fault their customer service team. Thank you.

After not receiving shipping information for a week, and trying but failing to get a response from the company, I was worried about my delivery arriving. I left a review sharing my concerns after which a member of staff (Bez I think his name was) gave me a call. He apologised for the lack of communication and kindly offered a partial refund. Thankfully the parcel did get delivered in time and as promised, it’s just a shame about the lack of communication. Having said that, it’s a company that clearly does care about its customers and their experiences, so despite the hiccup I will be buying from them again.

Ordering was easy and accepts clearpay which is a god send.

Customer support are amazing. Had a missing item and emailed them had a reply within 30 minutes

They gave me a solution straight away. Fast, efficient and straight to the solution. 10 out of 10.

Very happy with my nightstick, decent build quality and good weight, it arrived 2 days after I ordered it, nice one, im chuffed to bits with it

Product came very quickly & was fully assembled - I just had to screw in the black knob at the front of the machine firmly in order to increase the tension enough for the stepper to work - my legs were like jelly after only 5 minutes so I'm doing it 3-4 times daily at the moment instead of one 20 min workout until I'm stronger - moves vertically & laterally (albeit not very far out to the side) - brilliant stepper & fabulous customer service from Gymrat - would highly recommend to anyone wanting a great strength & cardio workout in one go!!!:-)

Amazing customer service I had an issue with my order and it was sort out immediately.
I bought a squat rack and have been using it for the last couple of weeks
Easy to assemble for a novice like me .
Very steady and was able to use for upper body and lower body .
