Ian at gymequipment.co.uk has been extremely helpful. I have had a few queries along the way whilst ordering equipment, and the service has been brilliant. Always friendly and professional, and I would definitely recommend. Worked around my needs and timescales, can't thank them enough, very much appreciated!

Ian and his team were just brilliant from beginning to end. They took on board what I wanted and needed, came back to me with plans and designs, various equipment options and the total bespoke package was first class. Can’t fault them at all!

returned on this occasion in need of a studio spin bike. They were knowledgeable and understood my requirements perfectly, which meant that I wasn’t oversold a model that I wouldn’t get full use out of. I recently contacted GymEquipment.co.uk with regards an interest in buying an exercise bike. I found the staff very knowledgeable, courteous and professional. There was no hard sell and they wanted to help me find the product that best suited my needs. I wanted the bike for rehabilitation, so this was important to me.

After a lengthy conversation, I decided to buy the life fitness IC5 bike. As part of the service, there was free delivery and installation on an agreed day of my choosing and again the service went smoothly with no issues.

One of the most important things I wish to mention here is the after sales. I have contacted GymEquipment several times for advice on how to best utilise the bike and each and every time they have been helpful and kind. There has been no taking your money and disappearing here. I can't recommend the company enough and only wish other companies provided the same customer service.

Russell went above and beyond during this Covid period, when shippments were delayed and unknowns are common.
Customer service is excellent, the price was the best we found and delivery went smooth with the SOLE E95...and it is as and better as written about....thanks!

The service was great from the moment we placed the order. Time lines were spot on and in-fact delivery and installation was a week earlier than expected. The FT2 is one of the best bits of kits I have every used for an all round training experience. The installation team (Phil & his mate) were really friendly and carried-out the work in a truly professional manner. Once finished they had cleaned up so well you seriously would not have known they had been but for the fact the Gym was in place and working perfectly. Great work guys, thanks.

I am really pleased I decided to use this company. Had a phone conversation with Will who was very friendly and helpful, he then tracked my order for me and processed it immediately. From phone call to delivery was a week and I am based in Scotland. Spin bike was also built for me which was an added bonus. Brilliant service and really pleased with my purchase would definitely use again.

I have been wanting to get an Inspire Fitness FT2 for some time, but with lockdown locating one has been virtually impossible. I wanted to take one with me abroad as I am moving next week.
I contacted Ian five weeks ago and explained what I was looking for. Within three days Ian had managed to get me an FT2 ...which he has arranged to be delivered, a pretty short notice on my part I might add, on 6th March ...on a Saturday..!!just in time to be loaded onto a lorry on the 7th March that I have organised.
The whole experience has been superb. Even if I d had to wait a few months, it wouldn’t have been a massive problem, and I would still have gone ahead with the order through Ian as his customer service and positivity and pro active approach genuinely has been exceptional .
I can only say that if I require further fitness equipment Ian and his company would be my first port of call.
I hope that during these very tricky times for businesses , GymEquipment do well ...from my experience they certainly deserve to and I would thoroughly recommend them to anybody looking for fitness equipment

Enquired about the treadmill via chat and Ian called me. Ian explained the process and set realistic expectations regarding the delivery date and how the treadmill would be installed. Treadmill was delivered within these expectations and the treadmill itself is a very sturdy robust machine.
Felt like a personalised service which is what I was seeking following constantly being let down by my usual go to fitness supplier.
Plus Ian gave some info and advice about using Zwift which makes the running less tedious! Would definitely use again.

Absolutely first class service, I did checked prior to purchase, that the bike I was about to buy, was in stock it was confirmed with a telephone conversation with Ian, was explained to me that it could be up to two weeks delivery, but I would be contacted by delivery team to arrange a date. Order placed, delivery team contacted me, bike delivered within a week, and set up in house, covid safe, by the amazing Spin doctor team,
So chuffed with service from order, delivery and set up.
Oh yea and I absolutely love the life Fitness IC5 bike.

After lots of spinning research we decided to buy a reasonably priced bike we can use with 3rd party apps. The sole sb700 was delivered very quickly, easy to assemble with some muscle. It’s sturdy and makes little noise. The customer service was good which is reassuring when making such a big online purchase.

After having spoken to a couple of gym equipment suppliers, and having received poor recommendations and horrendous quotes for equipment and accessories, by people I would have to say are far less knowledgeable than me, I was lucky enough to stumble upon Gymquipment.co.uk in Beaconsfield. I called and spoke to Russell who clearly knew what he was talking about. Russell asked me various questions relating to what I might be looking for, what my goals were, and about my budget, and made several suggestions about what might suit me best, pointing out all the pro's and cons of each, maybe 6 or so different free weight and cable machines were in the running. Even though Beaconsfield is a bit out of my area I took Russell up on his invitation to visit his shop, and I'm very happy I did. I was given a thorough introduction to the various bits of kit that were available, and I was encouraged to test everything for myself which I did, which really did help me to decide on what was best for me, which turned out to be the FT2 and a nice bench, which was exactly what Russell had originally recommended to me. Its a wicked bit of kit, fairly compact considering what its capable of, perfect for home, and very easy to use, and as far as my budget went, the FT2 was by far the best bit of kit I found for the money, by far. After I'd bought the FT2 it was delivered/installed by 2 guys also arranged by Russell. It was all good, and I'm very happy with my purchase, the friendly info given by Russell, and the install.

I corresponded with Ian who was excellent. My transaction and delivery went smoothly. Since receiving my Inspire FT1 yesterday I have been fully testing it to the limit and im very pleased with quality build and the functions of this product. I purchased a treadmill from Equipment.co.uk and the whole process was absolutely excellent. Russell was so helpful on the phone, explaining the options and the different delivery options that included removal of my old machine. Making the payments was very straightforward and again, explained very well by Russell. Delivery was very quick and well within the timeframe promised. I really do commend this company for this level of excellent service even in the middle of a pandemic.They were very responsive to any queries and made the whole experience of purchasing this machine very easy.
