I cannot recommend Dr. Guray and his team highly enough. After receipt of my photos and medical records, we had one online meeting. We met again, previous to my surgery and twice post-op. I am now 11 days out and will confer with him again two weeks post op when I am to remove the surgical tape and begin ointment. I woke in the compression garments and will be wearing them for six weeks, total.

Onar first acquired all my medical paperwork and outlined costs and procedures. We discussed pricing on (a) breast lift with and without implants (b) additional arm lift and (c) staying an additional week at the same hotel. All costs must be paid in cash. I was given a final amount which unfortunately, neither Onur nor I thought to include (b) and (c). This left me scrambling for cash. We sorted it out by using my credit card, which made everything work out.

Behar then took over arranging all transfers, medications and a myriad of odds and ends. She would pop up by my side every step of the way.

My surgery went smoothly and my usual post op nausea was literally non-existent. The young woman on Dr Guray’s surgical team who closed for him, did an excellent job. My sutures will dissolve and at present are only visible as a slim line. I apologize, as I did not get her name.

I spent the night in the hospital and my tube was removed the following day. The first three days I slept a lot. Although I would walk down to breakfast, at first it would wear me out.

Our hotel, the Mercury Altunazade, was spacious, quiet and well staffed. Staff were all very professional, supportive and kind. Our room was meticulously clean and all our meals well-prepared. I would not want to stay anyplace else.

I am an 80 year old female from the western US. My breasts are now as perfect and perky as they were when I was 20. This is an amazing transformation which is going to allow me to wear clothes with high waistlines and bare shoulders. My breasts are no longer laying on my chest. My arms look toned. Happy? You bet! (Hubby can only smile)

I had breast augmentation surgery with Dr. Güray Yeşiladalı on 4th October, and he was the first doctor I consulted. After meeting with him, I didn’t feel the need to look for another doctor. From the planning of the surgery to his attention, positive energy, detailed explanations, and accurate guidance, he gave me the most perfect breasts for my body. I would like to thank him again. Excellent. Travelled from UK and was well looked after by Vanity Clinic including patient coordinator Sefa and the Dr's assistant Bahar who both put me at ease and answered all questions i had throughout the process. Dr Güray has done excellent work on a fat transfer to breast operation involving stomach liposuction to correct breast asymmetery. Recovery was straightforward but the surgeon and his team were very skilled. Hugely recommend Dr Güray, he has a very warm and calm personality that helps calm any pre-operation nerves. I traveled from Norway to Vanity clinic in Istanbul after doing some research. My experience with Dr Yesiladali and his team at Vanity clinic is above all expectations. I got endoscopic facelift, brow lift and upper eyelid surgery, and my results are quite amazing. Furthermore, i am impressed with the excellent care and high standards at Vanity clinic. I was well taken care of before, during and after the surgery. Dr. Yesiladali is very pleasant person, and he took the time to explain and answer all my questions. I would like to give Dr. Yesiladali and his team my warmest recomendations.

I've always wanted to have chin implant surgery, but I never fully trusted anyone. After speaking with Dr. Güray, almost all of my fears disappeared because he sees even the smallest details, understands you, and explains what can be done (with a realistic perspective). It’s been 3 days since my surgery, and even though I still have some swelling on my face, I am extremely satisfied, and I've received very positive feedback from those around me. This was my second rhinoplasty and I researched thoroughly. I saw the work of Dr Guray’s and knew he was the surgeon I wanted. He is a complete professional and his knowledge is outstanding. I was nervous before surgery but once I had my consultation with Dr Guray I felt calm and excited. Ich habe mich für eine skinny bbl entschieden (2022). Hauptproblem waren meine Oberarme. Mir wurden insgesamt 3L fett aus Oberarm, Bauch und Taille entnommen und 1L wurden dann in meine Hüften injiziert. Ich muss dazu sagen, ich bin nicht dick (49kilo, 1,60m)!!
Bereits in Deutschland habe ich eine Anzahlung von 500 Euro getätigt, war auch sehr zufrieden über die Kommunikation mit meiner Ansprechpartnerin Arzu (Ästhetikbrooker) über WhatsApp. Am Tag meiner OP, sah jedoch alles anders aus. Ich habe Arzu zum ersten mal getroffen und war überrascht über ihr Verhalten. Sie drückte mir Papiere in die Hand (ca 10 Seiten) die ich sofort alle unterschreiben sollte und sagte mir währenddessen sie bekäme nun noch die restlichen 7700 Euro! Hierbei wurden mir einfach auch die Beine berechnet, obwohl ich dort keine Absaugung erwünscht hatte! Nebenbei willte mir eine Krankenschwester schon direkt den Zugang in den Arm legen... Das war mir alles zu hektisch, unprofessionell und wirkte auf mich wie, unterschreib einfach, gib mir die Kohle und fertig. Für die ist es Routine ja, aber ich lege mich unters Messer und ich erwarte einfach eine einfühlsame und Patientenorientierte Beratung!
Daraufhin habe ich Arzu gesagt, dass ich mir unschlüssig wäre diese op überhaupt so durchführen zu lassen (die bbl) oder nur die arme absaugen lasse, geschweige denn den Betrag schon zahlen ohne den Arzt einmal zu Gesicht bekommen zu haben. Daraufhin war sie schon genervt und antwortete mir, der Arzt hätte jetzt 3 Std für meine OP eingeplant entweder ich mache das ganze Programm oder gar nicht und die Anzahlung über 500 euro würde ich dann verlieren. Ich hatte sooo ein ungutes Gefühl bei der Sache, bis ich dann den Arzt endlich sprechen durfte. An diesem Punkt hat Arzu meiner Freundin (Begleitperson) auf türkisch verboten, mit dem Arzt mitzusprechen, da Arzu anscheinend davor Panik hatte sie würde mich umstimmen die OP zu machen.
Dr. Güray Yeşiladali ist ein sympathischer und netter Arzt, letztendlich konnte er mich überzeugen und ich willigte die Op ein.
Ich gab Arzu die unterschriebenen Papiere und die restliche Summe. Und weg war die gute Frau. Ich hatte erwartet, dass Arzu stehts an meiner Seite bleibt, dass sie wenigstens bis zur Narkose mit mir geblieben wäre, so wie überall dafür geworben wurde, aber anscheinend gilt das nur für Influencer... ich habe sie auch nach meiner OP nicht mehr gesehen... keine Besuche... Die Krankenschwestern in der Vanity Klinik waren übrigens alle zuckersüß und sehr liebevoll.
Zurück in Deutschland habe ich Flecken am Bauch und Taille entdeckt, die ich vor der Operation nicht hatte!!!! Auch mein Bauchnabel ist nun schief und es hat sich eine Art Wucherung wie eine Kugel im Bauchnabel gebildet, (lt Ärzte hier in Deutschland kommt die "Kugel" von der Naht und die dunklen Flecken sind Beschädigungen der obersten Hautschicht!) Arzu beruhigte mich und meinte alles sei noch zu frisch und ich sollte 6-12 Monate abwarten. Irgendwann schrieb ich nicht mehr mit Arzu sondern mit einer Dame Namens Nur die mein Anliegen übernommen hat, da Arzu anscheinend kein bock mehr hatte mit mir zu schreiben. Also musste ich mich mit der Dame dann auch noch auf englisch durchschlagen. Sie war die Krönung überhaupt!! Ich beschwerte mich über diese großen dunklen Flecken am bauch und Taille, über die abgesaugten Arme die immer noch hängen und über meinen Bauchnabel. Ihre Antworten waren legendär!! Sie können für mich nichts tun, ich solle doch Sportübungen machen, Zink einnehmen und alle Flecken würden danach verschwinden. Irgendwann bekam ich einfach keine Antwort mehr von ihr! Ich hätte mir mehr Kulanz gewünscht, z.B. dass Dr. Güray sich alles noch mal anschaut und mir wenigstens die Arme korrigiert. Man hat als Patientin keine Chance an den Arzt dran zu kommen.
Ich hatte einen sehr schönen Körper und habe diesen teuren Fehler einer Absaugung bei diesem Arzt definitiv zutiefst bereut! Heute ist es 2 Jahre her und nichts hat sich verändert, obwohl ich viel Sport treibe und seitdem hochdosierte Zinkpäparate zu mir einnehme!!! Ich rate von Eingriffen dieser Klinik ab.

This is the second time I go to Vanity for Dr. Guray. Last year I have done a rhinoplasty (with an amazing result) and this year I came back for my breast augumentation. I can definitely reconfirm my positive experience and my happiness about the result of my breast augumentation. Dr. GURAY is extremely professional and during the consultation he always understands which are the patients'expectations.
The healing process was very smooth and my breast is perfect with invisible scars.

He took the time to thoroughly explain the procedure, answer all my questions, and alleviate any concerns I had.

Ich habe mir am 16.01.24 meine Brüste für 4500€ (+125€ wegen Kartenzahlung) vergrößern lassen und bereue es sehr.
Ich weiß nicht wo ich beginnen soll, vor der Operation lief die Kommunikation einwandfrei. Ich hatte die ganze Zeit über WhatsApp Kontakt mit einer Assistentin. Komischerweise waren es vier verschiedene Assistentinnen und Nummern, aber das war in diesem Moment nicht so schlimm für mich. Ich bin aus Deutschland nach Istanbul geflogen und hatte zwei Tage vor meiner OP einen Termin zur Blutabnahme in einer Privatklinik, ich bin davon ausgegangen, dass Doktor Güray auch vor Ort ist und wir da das Operationsgespräch führen. Mir wurde am nächsten Tag aber über WhatsApp mitgeteilt, dass ich an meinem OP Tag 7:00 Uhr im Krankenhaus sein soll. Das Operationsgespräch fand unmittelbar vor der OP statt. Ich hatte keine Möglichkeit darüber nachzudenken. Welche Größe welche Form usw. Die einzige Aufklärung, die ich hatte, musste ich selber durch Google Recherche machen. Dazu kommt, dass das Krankenhaus, in dem wir waren, sehr alt und runtergekommen war, es war dreckig und eklig. Ich hab mich sehr unwohl gefühlt.
Der Eingangsbereich sieht sehr schön und luxuriös aus und sobald man in das Zimmer reinkommt, denkt man, man ist in einem ganz einfachen staatlichen Krankenhaus.
Ich hatte so ein schlechtes Bauchgefühl, dass ich die Operation eigentlich nicht durchführen wollte. Doch dann hab ich es einfach gemacht, damit der Flug und der Aufenthalt nicht für umsonst war. Mittlerweile ist meine OP ein Monat her und ich habe einige postoperative Beschwerden, als ich versucht habe, die Klinik zu kontaktieren, wird mir entweder nicht geantwortet oder es wird gesagt, dass mir später geantwortet wird. Deshalb musste ich mir einen anderen Arzt in Deutschland suchen, den ich natürlich auch selbst zahlen musste.

1. ES WURDEN FÄDEN VERWENDET DIE SICH NICHT AUFLÖSEN, ES MUSSTE RAUS GESCHNITTEN WERDEN!!! WEIL ES SICH ENTZÜNDET HAT
2. ICH HABE EINE „DOUBLE BUBBLE“ BRUST WEIL NICHT RICHTIG OPERIERT WURDE, ES HÄTTE VERHINDERT WERDEN KÖNNEN. UM DAS ZU KORRIGIEREN BRAUCHT MAN EINE 2. OP!!
3. ICH VERSUCHE DIE MITARBEITER DER KLINIK ZU ERREICHEN UND ICH WERDE DIE GANZE ZEIT IGNORIERT UND MIR WIRD GESAGT DAS DER DR. OPERIERT

Ich bereue es, so viel Geld ausgegeben zu haben, um dann so ein Operation Erlebnis und Ergebnis zu haben. Ich habe mich auf einige positive Bewertungen verlassen. Das sind aber wahrscheinlich Glücksfälle…

Bitte bitte vertraut nicht den "perfekten Bildern" auf insta. Man soll sich immer sehr gut vorab informieren. Meine Erfahrung mit diesem Arzt ist nicht positiv. Ich habe die Nase operiert und jetzt habe ich Probleme mit Atmung plus die Nase sieht jetzt noch hässlicheer aus. Das war meine größte Fehler, dass ich zu diesem Arzt gegangen bin. Außerdem war der Doktor ziemlich unfreundlich..

Dr. Güray hat meine Nase operiert. Selbst am Tag vor meiner Operation hatte ich ein schlechtes Gefühl, da ich mich dort unwohl gefühlt habe. Der Dr. war nicht sympathisch. Jedenfalls sieht meine Nase 1 Jahr nach der op immer noch schlimm aus. Ich weiß nicht wie das möglich ist, aber meine Nase ist jetzt groß, breiter und auch schief. Außerdem habe ich viele Narben an der Nase. Nicht nur das, ich habe jetzt Probleme mit der Atmung. Mehrmals habe ich den Doktor kontaktiert, jedoch wurde ich jedes Mal ignoriert. Danke auch für nichts! Die op war für mich extrem teuer, schnelle 6000€ umsonst ausgegeben.

Ich hatte 2 mal eine Nasen-Op bei Dr Güray.
Nach meiner ersten Op war meine Nase komplett schräg. Dies konnte man ganz deutlich sehen. Als ich die Assistentin von Dr Güray kontaktiere meinte Sie: Das sei nur eine Schwellung. Auch nach 1 ganzem Jahr abwarten, wurde meine Nase nicht gerade !! Es war definitiv keine Schwellung.
Mit Mühe und Not habe ich dann einen zweiten Op-Termin für die Nachkorrektur bei Dr Güray erhalten, bei der ich alle Kosten nochmals übernommen musste. Jetzt nach der zweiten Op ist meine Nase total deformiert und immernoch schräg. !!!
Jedes mal knackt etwas auf der rechten Seite in der Nase von innen, wenn ich aus-atme.
Ich habe mehrmals versucht die Vanity Clinic und Dr Gürays Assistentinnen zu kontakieren. Jedoch reagiert niemand auf meine Nachrichten. Sowas geht gar nicht, wenn Patienten/Patientinnen nicht zu frieden sind, sollte man sie nicht ignorieren.
Ich würde einen anderen besseren Arzt aufsuchen.
Und vorallem einen der nicht schräg operiert. Bitte
