The ordering was easy and the firearm shipped within a few days. It was listed as a Factory Blem/Sample and was to come with a full mechanical new gun warranty but surface issues were excluded. When it arrived it was missing the set of five choke tubes and choke tube wrench that come with the model and the front sight bead appears to have been replaced with one having a wrong thread which leaves it wobbling. The dealer said the blem/sample firearms are sold in the condition and with the components they received from the manufacturer. This is not spelled out in the advertising. My advice is to be wary, as you will have no idea what you are getting, and the advertising won't tell you that. Update 11/28/2025 CZ warranty supplied a free front bead of the correct size and GunPrime did supply me with the three missing choke tubes, the wrench and the case. As of now, I'd buy from GunPrime again, but get more clarity before ordering

I would be extremely careful buying anything from this website. I went based off the reviews on trustpilot and to say I'm disappointed would be an enormous understatement.

I found a Radian Model 1 10.5" on their website that was priced extremely well. It was advertised as the full package with SBA3 brace. Shipping was fast, however the product received was completely different. It has a device in place of the custom Radian buffer tube preventing even a brace from being attached, and no brace in the box.

Naturally I reached out to GunPrime to see how they would fix this, and after MANY calls and emails they finally responded saying yes it was a mistake on their end and they would figure out a fix. 2 days later, absolute silence, and now they aren't responding to my calls or emails. I guess they figure they will just stick me with the problem and call it a day.

Basically if they sell you the wrong item you're screwed, so good luck.

The second time these guys sent used firearms instead of new, like was ordered. They sent a return label for the recent purchase and I returned it. I talked to a person after it had been delivered back to them 4 days later, told me he would get back to me that day, never did. Been trying to contact them by phone and emails, but they are avoiding me. These people are truly the worst, by far. Got me nervous if I'm going to be F*^ked or not. I should have learnt from the previous purchase. Do yourself a favor, you may have to pay a couple more bucks, at times, elsewhere, but I advise you doing so.
Update: I did receive a refund for the purchase, thank you, but did not receive my shipping costs, that's not right, none of this situation is my fault.

This company did a very good job of tracking what appeared to be a misplaced item. This would be 5 stars except for the confusion brought on by the shipping company. Would definately buy from them again.

Got my revolver in less than a week. UPS botched the first delivery but made a second successful delivery attempt on the same day.
