Recommended Blades from Gunner Gear

Received another Black Widow, what knife! I have a couple of these and intend to give this one as a gift to some worthy outdoorsman. Treat yourself to one. You won't be disappointed. Or, for everyday carry you might consider the little Mini Joker. It's always there for me to handle the little cutting issues that arise during an average day. It's my blade of choice!

Great product, shipping slow but overall Happy!!

Placed an order in January and it arrived in March. Was not happy about that, however, the products showed up and they work as advertised so three people were extremely happy when they arrived and I was able to get them to them. The Blue Force Lasers work as advertised. Nice to finally have a company send something that works as described. Would order from them again.

I was looking at the underarm holster…

I was looking at the underarm holster at 70% off and as I was looking for a price I ended up pushing the wrong button and ordered it for $35. When I saw it I was terribly disappointed and called to return it. They said return shipping would be my problem per their policy. I live in Arizona, it came from California, and they wanted me to send it back to Florida at a UPS cost of $17 for a refund of $35. I later saw it on my "Chinese" web site for $4.35. Are you kidding me? What a senior patriot rip-off.

First, all orders placed on our website are submitted directly by the customer at checkout. We do not place or modify orders on behalf of customers. Once your order was completed, an order confirmation email was sent to the email address provided, clearly outlining the item and total cost for your review.

Additionally, we did not receive any request to cancel or modify your order prior to shipment. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it must follow our standard return procedures.

Regarding returns, our policy, clearly posted on our website, states that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. This policy is applied consistently to ensure fair and equal treatment for all customers.

Purchased a knife from them

Purchased a knife from them. Was very good quality and price point was great. Issue is that I can't get them to stop sending me marketing emails. I only wanted the one product. I have hit 'unsubscribe' on about 10 different marketing emails and still they come. I emailed them and asked to be removed and they replied back that they had done it, and yet - literally EVERY DAY I get a marketing email.

For those internet sellers out there. People do not want daily emails. Nobody has time for that! Spread them out, one a week maybe. But you just tick people off when you hit them with emails every day. I won't be purchasing from you again for that very reason. I don't want to go back on your marketing campaign list (if I ever get off it I mean).

Horrible customer service

Bought an item from them, The item I bought was different than what I received and to make it "right" they said I have to pay for the shipping to get it back to them and then I can get a full refund or I get 25% of the original purchase. These guys are not only inept but they have terrible business practices if I could give zero stars I would.

Edit -after the reply from customer service the first email they sent me was accurate, it did not mention anything about covering shipping costs at the time that I made the first reply. It also shows you how bad their customer service is when they can't admit what they do is wrong. Notice how there was no mention of them false advertising something that they do not sell. Asking me to remove my review after they blatantly lied, hell no, if I could post screenshots I would. If I could give zero stars I would.

However, your review does not accurately reflect the resolution that was offered. In our correspondence, we advised that we would cover the return shipping cost and provide a full refund, or alternatively offer a 25% refund if you preferred to keep the product. Our goal was to provide a fair resolution and ensure the matter was handled promptly.

UPDATE 03/06/26: In our original response, we did offer to cover the cost of return shipping by providing a prepaid return label for a full refund.

The product you received is the updated version of the speed loader. Unfortunately, a marketing error caused an outdated model to appear in the advertisement. As soon as this was brought to our attention, we offered two resolutions: a 25% refund if you chose to keep the upgraded model, or a full refund with a prepaid return label.

We regret that this information may have been overlooked in the initial communication. Our intention was, and remains, to resolve the issue fairly and at no cost to you should you choose to return the item.

We remain happy to honor either of these options and assist in resolving the matter. If possible, we kindly ask that you update or remove the review so that it accurately reflects the resolution we offered.

Customer service is phenomenal. I made a mistake in the order process and they fixed the issue on a weekend within 24hrs of me notifying them. I haven’t received the knife yet but the customer service compelled me to leave a review.

I’ve purchased a few products from you and always satisfied. My recent order was really quick. Only 6 days and that’s with a holiday Monday in the timeframe.
I had a problem one time and you folks quickly resolved it.
Your ordering process is a bit confusing so I can see how people get multiple orders when they are ordering. That was my experience, but you quickly resolved it.

I purchased your stun guns

I purchased your stun guns.
They worked for the first month.
Just after the 30 day return warranty all 3 are dead.
Pathetic company.
Just received an email on how to troubleshoot. The trouble is email, does not recognize gunnergear.com

A little wait for a perfect product.everything was as they said!

At first I thought it was taking a long time to get the products I ordered but it didn't take that long at all, I was just being impatient. Then when I received what I ordered I was really surprised they were very high quality and better than I expected.one of the items I had heard claims in the past from other companies that was never true or even close,so I was kinda of sceptical,to be honest and was I surprised I didn't think that it was even possible.there claims on what they say are all true and true to their word.

Honest, Reliable, and Worth Every Penny

I placed my first order with Gunner Gear and ran into a shipping issue. Honestly, my memory of how it happened wasn’t great, but they never held that against me. They could’ve easily written me off as a questionable first-time customer, but instead they stepped up, did the right thing, and made me whole.

That kind of integrity is rare. Emily in customer service was especially great—professional, fair, and quick to help.

Gunner Gear earned my trust, and their catalog is excellent. I’ll be a repeat customer for sure. Highly recommended.
