I have been using this for three months now and I am very impressed with the product it helps keeping me feel fuller and not wanting to snack in between meals. I have not suffered any bloating whilst using this product whilst I haven’t lost any substantial weight using the product I like the fact that it has stopped my cravings and I don’t snack so I haven’t put on any weight. I am a little shocked seeing people’s reviews that it doesn’t blend as I have not had any issue with blending what so ever I use a smoothie maker and feel it with the right amount a pure orange and I add a few cubes of ice and I blend until it has completely dissolved although it does go a little thick it is not horrible just tastes like a thick smoothie and I also use low fat milk with a spoonful of milkshake powder for flavour and again a few ice cubes and again it’s like a thick shake the consistency is absolutely fine to drink. I am really impressed with the product and plan on buying more and my daughter is also about to start using the product as well she has tasted mine and she thinks it is really nice and stopped her cravings as well and I haven’t experienced any nasty taste and the powder all ways mixes extremely well in my smoothie blender

I can’t really comment on whether it works or not due to the fact that it’s almost impossible to consume. It does not mix well with any liquid. The only thing I’ve managed to mix it with, with any degree of success is porridge. And I have to eat it really quickly as it becomes like wallpaper paste after about 5 minutes. I have tried in smoothies, I’ve tried adding it to soups, nothing works.

Considerable bloating, so bad I can’t fit into my clothes, embarrassing aftermath when it disperses. Doesn’t mix well at all, tastes vile.

This stuff does not dissolve no matter what you do with it - it clumps and sticks to your teeth. You also need four doses a day to reach their recommended amounts - it comes in 30 serving packets so just over a week's supply if you take the four servings oer day. It's deliberately misleading. Their site only publishes the good reviews too. This company are scammers, deliberately deceiving people. Avoid

Ishmael in the customer services team was excellent. Really helpful, very clear, happy to help and great at communicating. Seems a very good company dealing with its customers.

I can't review the product as I've never received it. Purchased on the 17 November. On the 20 November I received a notification from Amazon to say my package was unable to be delivered due to damage. Got in contact with the company, they replied quickly to say they've sent a new product out. As of 27 November, according the tracking that I had to chase for, it's still be the company. Poor from GULP_1. I will be requesting a refund.

This has been amazing a reducing my blood sugar levels. I have type 2 diabetes and have managed to control things for 10 years. Then I hit the menopause and my ADHD symptoms came out in full force. Weirdly, without changing anything or doing anything different with my diet, my blood sugar levels were constantly high.
I thought I’d give this a go as I also want to lose a few pounds in weight.
I have only given 4 stars as it hasn’t changed my hunger levels that much, a little but not a great deal. Plus if you don’t mix it in with anything with a strong flavour, the taste is rather foul and it gets quite thick and hard to swallow.

Give a negative review they don't publish it and cancel the subscription. No wonder they have so many good reviews all the negative ones are ignored.

I have been trying it for a few months and it doesn’t work for me, I’m still feeling hungry and snacking in between I have followed the instructions on the packet, It also tastes disgusting I have tried mixing it in my food and mixing it with different drinks it’s like drinking glue and it doesn’t dissolve, I don’t know where they are getting these amazing reviews as it doesn’t work at all, It doesn’t even last a few weeks the powder.
My opinion would be to just keep your money..

I tried it because I’m a little sceptical about jabs and I saw someone’s recommendation in The Sun so thought why not. And wow… it’s incredible. I lost a stone in just over the month. I’m just not hungry so I guess I’m eating less calories. But no hunger no cravings so It’s easy. I blend it in my blender with protein powder or some fruits just like a smoothie. Really recommend it. Works like Mounjaro just healthier option and much cheaper so no brainer.

Giving five stars purely for the extremely pleasant customer service i received when i wanted to unsubscribe and get a refund. 0 stars , however , for the product itself, which seems to rely on inulin and fibre , both of which can be bought much more cheaply elsewhere. The product doesn't blend well in my experience, and to get the "advertised result" you have to take a way bigger dose than they imply in the sales chat. So it's an expensive option if you need the bigger dose for efficacy. Plus, lots of people are inulin sensitive ( beware if you have IBS) . I'd save your money. I have sent my second purchase back for a refund as it had absolutely zero positive impact on my appetite- 10 days in, still waiting to hear if my return has been received and when my refund might appear...and at just under £45 ...it's not a cheap option if it doesn't work for you.

3 stars for very good customer service at the start. As for the product it has done absolutely nothing for me, I did find it mixes well only with milk and fruit in my blender. nothing else seems to work. But as for appetite loss it's 0 stars.

Took one payment of £19.99 and a month later another of £44.99 but I only ever received I sachet of gulp. Now won't answer emails or messages. Do not use this product or give them your money

I don’t know what it is about companies lately but it just seems they want to shaft you! Here’s another one, purchased their product tried it 4 days in a row the product NEVER dissolved no matter how many different ways I tried it was like drinking glue! After throwing up I decided I wasn’t touching it again but they emailed me for a review their website is full of testimonials how great it is I was honest and said how bad it was now I thought I had cancelled the subscription at the same time I’m positive because I remember thinking no way am I paying for this again! Early hours of this morning my phone pings they’ve taken money from my account! I emailed them straightaway now fully awake telling them not to touch my account give my money back I’m ignored and a couple of hours later at 5am they’ve dispatched the unwanted item!! I’ve emailed them all day telling them to put the money back it’s for bills they’ve just got round to it now at 6pm saying it’s too late! This is one of those scamming companies who “dispatch” outside of waking hours knowing full well you can’t do anything about it because “conveniently” they don’t have a customer service team working whilst they’re “dispatching” so they’re getting away with taking your money and there’s nothing you can do now I’ve got to wait for this rubbish product to arrive and send it back at cost to me before I get my money!! Shocking way of doing business and I’m fed up of these companies doing this working outside of normal hours and not providing customer support at the same time as it’s so easy to take your money and ignore all the problems!

The GuLP-1 'Satisfy the Soul' powder/drink is awful. The taste is disgusting and no matter what fluid you add it to in order to digest it - it turns into a thick, glue like consistency and is really hard to swallow without gagging! I've tried milk, water, adding to my protein shake, on top of a meal, in porridge but get the same outcome each time. It is also quite gritty! Overall an awful product and doesn't even help with weight loss. I've noticed no difference in the 3 weeks I've been taking it....and believe me 'quite an accomplishment to stick with it for so long.
