My order has taken over a month to come in, with a lack of shipping updates. I have asked for a refund multiple times and they keep denying, and asking that I be more patient. The website is very misleading and customer service is unhelpful.
They claim they are veteran owned. Making it look like it's in the united states. Unfortunately it all comes from China! Hmmm do you really think they are going to give us quality products that work. I'd stay far far away from this site.
UPDATE 10-29-26 GuardSurvival site is a SCAM. They now have new names for ads but they go back to GuardSurvival website. They discount if you purchase multi items which is where they get you because in their refund policy it says sale items can't be refunded. The items also look nothing like their ad. It's a China company NOT veteran owned at all.
Ordered water filtration system and took over 2 weeks just to arrive from China. After opening packaging product was poor quality. When asking for a refund they want to do partial refund and try and tell me sale products can’t be returned even though I didn’t buy items on a sale. Very misleading company and has very poor ethics.
I nearly did not order from this company due to the bad review and thought it might be a scam but I contacted them and had nothing but positive communication and delivery of my water purifier. So my overall experience has been a positive one.
Ok so I placed an order, read this review and also a scam detector site which was bad, so I emailed them asking for a full refund and within days received my refund. Don’t believe everything you read online. I believe they are a legitimate business.
I did not receive any email of proof of purchase and it has been two weeks and i have not received anything. i spent 129 euro. do not buy from them
