I had a solar conversion kit added to a previously installed velux window.

It’s great to be able to open the window as it’s so high, and allows for better airflow.

The guys who came to fit were great. In and out in around an hour.

Fitting costs seemed high for such a quick job.

We employed NECS to service and repair our Velux windows which included indoor scaffolding. The communication was first class, professional service and product knowledge. We would use them again.

Had a velux window put in my kitchen roof everything went smoothly, communication with Dylan was good he kept me informed and explained the way they would put the window in . The workmen prepared the kitchen in dust sheets. The window went in with no problem and everything was left tidy, the plaster arrived the next day and did a grand job. Can’t fault this company very pleased with the job.

I needed a replacement Velux window, and working with Guardianroofsuk was simple and straightforward throughout. Their website was easy to use, and communication from Dylan (the project manager) was excellent. The fitters, Connor and Jack, were friendly, polite and did a great job. They protected my home by covering the flooring, and they cleaned up thoroughly afterwards, clearing away all dirt and debris. I would highly recommend them.

Had our new skylights fitted yesterday and the process from quote to instal was seamless! Emails & queries were responded to quickly, nothing was too much trouble. The guys turned up when they said they were going to and did a fantastic job, other than our fabulous new velux windows you wouldn’t know they had even been, they left everything perfectly clean and tidy!

Very professional service. Dylan came out to survey for the replacement of two Velux roof windows. He gave good informative advice on what was required and options available. He explained what would happen on the day of the job.
The finished job looks excellent and has given reassurance in terms of water getting in, energy efficiency hopefully and also offering a better means of escape in a fire.

We wanted to replace our aging Glass Conservatory Roof with a Guardian Warm Roof. We found NECS online, and spoke with Dylan on the phone, he was very helpful and talked us through the process. There were no 'pushy' sales and Dylan patiently update our quote several times as our plans changed. The price was competitive and availability was much sooner than others. Install started on the agreed date, the team were friendly, no mess, and all work was finished to schedule. The plasterer and electrian were also organised by Dylan, as well as building regulations, making the project stress free. Any snags were resolved very quickly and without fuss. The whole experience was professional from start to finish, and we could not be happier with the end result. The space is warmer and much more livable, even in the recent cold weather! After having a bad experience with a previous company Pennine failing to resolve our leaking conservatory roof. We decided to use this local company NECS. We met with Dylan to discuss our project replacing our glass roof with the Guardian warm roof and 2 velux windows and from start to finish we were extremely happy with the service and outcome. Dylan talked to us through the process and about the quality of the roof and instillation which was reassuring, The roof fitters were great very hard working,courageous and professional, dedicated to completing our project to a high standard, clearing rubbish away as they went. Dylan kept us informed throughout the process. Coordination of tradesman electricians and plasterer was flawless and their work was to a high standard. We are thrilled with the work that was carried out and our new roof has made a huge difference to the temperature of our conservatory (+10 degrees with no heating on) and how it looks. We would strongly recommend NECS.
