I was disappointed with my experience. Some issues were not explained clearly, and I had difficulty getting updates after contacting support. Hopefully the company works on improving customer communication. Very unprofessional company.

We've had an extension done to our premises and reached out to them for guidance on what I needed in terms of fire safety. What really stood out was how knowledgeable they were, especially when it came to the latest systems and how they’ve improved compared to older setups.
They also took the time to explain the relevant regulations in a way that actually made sense, which I really appreciated.
More than anything though, it was the personal approach that made the difference. I never felt like just another job — they were always available, happy to answer questions, and gave me a lot of their time. I genuinely felt looked after throughout the whole process.
If you want someone who knows their stuff and actually cares, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
