Devo fare enormi complimenti allo Staff,e della operatrice Kristina,mi ha aiutato in tempo reale a modificare un errore che avevo fatto sul destinatario e sul codine del numero indicato per il versamento del destinatario in meno di 10 minuti dopo aver comunicato in chat i miei problemi si e' messa subito a disposizione,faccio presente che era il mio primo trasferimento e visto le restrizioni avevo paura sulla serietà di questo servizio ora posso dire che sono assolutamente seria e professionali e io mi rivolgerò con sicurezza a loro per le prossime necessità ancora complimenti a Kristina un operatrice molto efficiente 👏👏👏

We were unable to locate any transactions associated with the informations provided.
To clarify once more, Guardarian does not send money to Russia directly. Our role is limited to the crypto exchange component. Any remittance is carried out by an external partner. Due to current international sanctions, most platforms do not support this flow at all, which is why such services may involve higher costs.
All fees related to the exchange and the remittance flow are fully disclosed before the transaction is confirmed, allowing users to assess and accept the conditions in advance.

Dopo aver trasferito una somma di…
Dopo aver trasferito una somma di denaro, mi viene comunicato che la banca ha rifiutato il pagamento, ciò non corrisponde alla realtà in quanto la mia banca mi ha dato conferma e documentazione dell'avvenuto pagamento del bonifico per la transazione N 4707923408 del 27/09/2024. Dopo aver scritto ed allegato documenti del pagamento , attendo ancora le soluzione del problema.
In data odierna,18/10/2024 ho finalmente ricevuto un bonifico di rimborso da parte di Guardarian, quindi non era vero che la mia banca aveva rifiutato il pagamento. Grazie per l’interessamento e per il rimborso della somma.
