Sent to G.T. Automotive in Sheffield today via RAC(ish) for issues with my Kia Sportage (recently bought only 6 weeks ago!) Full diagnostic (no codes thrown up!) but technician dis road test and agreed issues there which could be a software update requirement? Therefore Matt who was VERY helpful advised a Kia Dealership visit! I was in a bit of a state but Matt went above and beyond to help me!! Would DEFINITELY recommend them as going that extra mile ( even though they did not have the suitable equipment to sort) Honest and helpful - rare these days! Thanks Matt ... Cheryl Jackson

Very helpful when a previously replaced part failed on my son’s Skoda Yeti. Both Andy’s sought to resolve the problem quickly. Very grateful and I can recommend them.

I write this review as a young woman owning a Range Rover. (Two things I believe are red flags in the motoring world).
However NOT ONCE, did I feel the guys at GT Automotive take advantage of this. They were so helpful, kind and honest. On a Friday night, whilst frantically trying to find a garage that would take on my RAC Warranty claim, I stumbled upon these guys! They fit me in within the next hour and from start to finish I couldn’t have asked for a better service. With RR’s being notorious for faults, these guys were able to carry out the work, whilst claiming through RAC Warranty to ensure I had the best possible outcome. I could not recommend a better team - especially if you’re a female in the world trying to gain your own independence!

I had lost coolant and had water dripping from under my car. Andrew got me in the same day to check what was wrong and it was repaired the next day. Great service as always and friendly staff.

From booking my car in to receiving it back fully repaired was amazed at the time scale.The team were so polite and cheerful explained from start to finish what they had found and repaired. Hopefully I won't but will definitely use them again.Thankyou guys 10/10.

Andrew and his team resolved an issue I had with my vehicle promptly and efficiently, car was needed for a trip to France. First time I had used them, but as they do MOT’s and servicing they will be seeing more of me in the future

So happy with the service I got from GTAutomotive, they fixed my heating matrix’s within less then a few hours

I'd been really let down before so had little confidence in any garages again and these was brilliant sorted my car and gave me the confidence to realise good garages do exist i will now use these for all my services in the future and recommend to anyone . Staff are so lovely and helpful and really put me at ease shout out to Andrew C.. who was absolutely fabulous. Please use these guys any time u got any car needs

Thanks to Andrew for an effortless first class service.

Had new clutch & service on my beloved 20yr old mini was surprised how efficient the whole process was and at a very reasonable price. Can highly recommend Andrew Chessman and his team.

Excellent service the guys were very professional, had great communication would definitely recommend.

Took car in for PDF to be clean and they did a excellent job took car at 8.30 pick it up at 2 I will be going back again thank you to staff and Andy
