There was a mistake made, but great customer service!
There was a mistake made on my last order and the wrong item was shipped to me. Their Customer service contacted me very quickly and I received the correct item 2 days later. Everyone makes mistakes, not everyone fixes them like this.

2 days no reply via email or website chat on why my order has not been shipped when i was estimated tomorrow as the arrival i also want to edit and add that they say "we reply instantly" on their website but every way i try to contact them no reply not even on reddit DO NOT BUY if you value customer service in any way. will have to charge back if they don't reach out.

order missing
I’ve made two orders with your company. Each order was short product. The first one was missing the small whip cream canister that hooks up to the regulator and the second order was missing the large whip cream canister. I will be doing a charge back on the card soon for missing product unless you fix this.
