CAUTION!! Great item and just what I wanted

Great item and just what I wanted, but for heavens sake...put a warning on the package. It is tightly wound into it's container, and as a result exploded out of it and smashed me in the teeth and nose. Nothing broken but very sore....if this were an older person I fear more damage would be done. NOT a nice surprise!

We are so sorry to hear this has happened to you. The drying nets are indeed packed very tightly to reduce down their overall size. This is the first time we have ever had this sort of issue reported and it sounds like a very unfortunate and unlucky accident. The main thing we are happy to hear is that you are OK! We will certainly speak with our suppliers on this issue for you.

We hope you can understand that whilst this product was purchased from ourselves, we do not manufacture this and hope you may find the compassion to adjust your review to a higher rating if you found the rest of our service acceptable.

Everything that groworks did was great…

Everything that groworks did was great but the delivery was not so good they left my stuff at the bottom of my building as I have a bad back i had to wait for my brother to come this is not groworks fault but they really need to chase dhl up and make them come to you're door as dhl are charging for delivery and not bringing it to where it should be

Fast delivery, good quality pots wrapped really well in protective wrap. Wanted pots to fit inside a wooden trough. Measurements on website accurate and perfect fit.

BRILLIANT 🤩

Other than the delievery company they use the company itsself if fantastic. Very helpful & informative. Delivery company damaged my parcel and i couldnt have ask for better help from them in return. Highly recommend site is easy to use and understand and again staff are fantastic.
