Packaging was done very well and quality light

Packaging was done very well and arrived onetime. The light itself is excellent compared to other lights on the market that do not perform in the spectrum needed for efficients growth like ROOT!T lights. I bought 3 lights as a starter to see the efficiency for propagation and bought 4 more the next day because of the quality light this is.

Excellent customer service

I’ve used Groworks a couple of times now and this latest experience really impressed me; I had used a 10% off voucher at checkout and after I authorised the payment with PayPal, the discount had disappeared - I was pleasantly surprised to see that there was an actual phone number on the website, I called the number and someone answered immediately, I explained the issue and he refunded the difference immediately, it was all resolved with literally 2 minutes and the guy was really friendly about it. I would highly recommend using them and I will be placing another order in a couple of weeks.

Great company, very efficient, would use again.

First time I have used GroWorks, but I ordered two items in close succession. Website good, service was excellent. Kept in formed at every step during both orders and they arrived promptly 2 days later well packed with no problems whatsoever.

Will definitely buy from again 5*…

This is the first time I've bought from this shop but it won't be the last . Faultless service from the start, great communication and decent prices. My order was delivered quickly and very well packaged, couldn't ask for a better service and would highly recommend .
