DO NOT BOOK THROUGH GROUPIA!!
I would advise anyone who is looking to book a stag do through this website to not do so. I booked a friend’s stag via this company, and after selecting times for the two activities I chose, the company then booked the activities with a 7 hour gap. They then proceeded to gaslight me into thinking I made a mistake, however, contacting the individual companies that were hosting each event confirmed that Groupia themselves made the error. I would avoid at all costs.

We're sorry to hear the timings didn't meet your expectations. To provide some context: when selecting times on our website, we do make clear that these are indicative and subject to availability. As your booking was made just 12 days before the event, availability was limited (most of our groups book anywhere between 6 months and 1.5 years in advance, which gives us much greater flexibility to tailor timings to their preferences). The only slots we were able to secure at that stage were 1pm for Air Rifles and 7.45pm for your 2-course meal.
It's also worth noting that many of our groups book selected activities through us and arrange other elements of their weekend independently, so we aren't always aware of a group's full itinerary. Without knowing your wider plans for the day, our team booked the best available slots. Our Destination Specialists are always on hand before booking to discuss timing preferences, so had we been contacted beforehand, we would have been happy to flag the available options and work with you to find the best fit.
We're really glad the Air Rifles venue was ultimately able to accommodate a later slot. We do want to be transparent that when our team contacted them directly, this wasn't possible at the time, so we're pleased it worked out in the end.
We take all feedback seriously and will be following up with the relevant suppliers as part of our ongoing review process. We hope that, despite the early frustrations, you and the group still had a fantastic weekend celebrating.

Company cancelled event at short notice
Booked an activity April 2025 for a Hen Party April 2026. Before booking & paying any deposit I checked with the GoHen/Groupia if the activity would be suitable and OK to be held at the AirBnB booked and supplied pictures, and was told everything would be okay. As soon as final payments had been taken , I was asked to supply pictures of the Airbnb to see if the area was suitable (Firstly I’m not sure why they would only question this after final payments were taken if they thought it could be an issue, but even more so when I’d taken the initiative to check this myself before booking and had confirmation it would be fine) A lot of back and forth but ultimately what’s ended up happening is they’ve cancelled the booking just a little over two weeks away from the Hen Weekend, leaving us with no activity for the weekend as it’s FAR too much short notice to book something else. Really disappointing and very unprofessional.

We’re sorry to hear about your experience, especially given how important a hen weekend is and how frustrating this situation must have been so close to your event date.
Having looked into this in detail with your Event Manager, it appears that while the venue details were discussed with your Destination Specialist prior to booking, unfortunately, due to human error, this was confirmed as suitable without first being verified with our supplier. This is not the level of diligence or service we aim to provide, and we completely understand the disappointment and inconvenience for your group.
While this does not excuse what happened, we would like to be transparent that the team member you initially spoke with is no longer with the company. That said, we fully recognise that responsibility sits with us as a business, and we sincerely apologise that this error was not identified earlier in the process – particularly before final payment was taken.
As soon as the issue came to light, your Event Manager made every effort to rectify the situation. We understand from our supplier that an alternative solution was explored, including sourcing a nearby suitable venue so that your group could still enjoy the activity. However, given the short timeframe and understandable frustration, your group chose to proceed with a full refund, which was processed accordingly.
We completely acknowledge that we dropped the ball on this occasion. Please be assured that we have taken this matter extremely seriously and have since implemented additional internal checks and procedures to ensure that all venue suitability is confirmed directly with suppliers before being communicated to customers. Our goal is to prevent situations like this from happening again in the future.
We are truly sorry for the impact this had on your plans and for the disappointment caused at such an important time. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention.

Large hen group
I have been trying to organise a very large hen do and the thought of managing payments booking venues, times etc all seems very over whelming but with the help of GoHen, everything is so much easier. All well organised and super happy with the help provided. Highly recommend.

This has been the easiest event to plan, with all hens able to pay direct and individually without myself having to chase for payments. All the staff have been super helpful with any queries I have had and I will 100% be using Gohen and Groupia to plan more events in the future!

Smooth and Easy!!!
My mate and I had a smooth and easy experience booking our annual trip with Groupia Golf. They took the time to clearly explain the full itinerary, and the Groupia VIP Members Area was definitely a big plus. We were able to track everything in one place, from payments to detailed itineraries.
One of the most useful features was the ability to manage payments individually. I didn’t have to chase anyone for money, which made the whole process far less stressful. It’s definitely ideal for bigger groups.
Based on conversations with the Groupia team, it’s clear they take the time to personally visit and play many of the destinations and courses they offer. Because of this, I would absolutely trust their experience and judgement when it comes to choosing the right golf holiday.
Ellie and Steve were both very responsive to my queries, whether via email or through the VIP Members Area.

Overall the weekend was great
Overall the weekend was great! The house we stayed at was amazing and in a great location. The butler in the buff was good and entertaining. The hen has a great weekend!
We had issues with one of our activities, but Vicki from Groupia resolved it for us and dealt with the issue brilliantly.

Great customer service so far, easy to book and great advice, the team answered my questions quickly and have given me reassurance that the hen party will go smoothly and hassle free, by far the easiest way to arrange a hen party , no need to chase people for deposits and feel the stress of paying over others!
