I started my hair journey just on 5 months ago now & I just feel like a new man.. the self confidence it has given me is amazing.
Every morning is a pleasure to wake up & see such an amazing result. I think I have more hair now then I did in my 20s
The staff and doctors are truly supportive with all conditions of hair types & the community manager has been very helpful with all my after care needs

I had a x2 day transplant procedure done late 2021, with Dr Ruk. The results are staggering, if anyone is considering doing it. Stop agonizing and Do It. The whole GC Gro team a fantastic, Dr Ruk did an a amazing job. Could not fault their process, procedure and customer service.

Had my transplant 3 months ago. Ruk is my transplant surgeon. He is amazing with really good knowledge of what u need and is alawys ready to listen to you. He works with you as team and does not impose his suggestions. Mel is the amazing team leader. Very happy with my procedure n will recommend Gro Hair to everyone.

Dr Alexis surpassed all expectations. Very professional, knowledgeable, evidently one of the best in the field. The whole team were very friendly and looked after me well.

No issues with the transplant to-date, as of yet, waiting the shedding phase.

It's been 1 week post surgery and i couldnt be happier. The day of surgery I arrived at 7:30am and was home by 3:30pm. The whole team at the brisbane clinic were amazing and very helpful.

It may seem expensive for some however its lifelong permanent hair! I cant think of many tangible things with more value than that.

Very good. Communication could be better. I came to Gro through a recommendation from a colleague and did not compare the cost of services with other clinics on the market, but my inner feeling that everything including surgery, treatment and medicine is very expensive.

I had an amazing time having my procedure done by Doctor Josh. Everyone made sure that I was comfortable at all times. Communicated everything that was going to happen to me, and the vision they had for me and made sure that I was happy in all aspects. The procedure was done with great precision and patience. If I felt any pain, they made sure the pain was addressed first before continuing ahead. Listened to any requests that I had, and implanted the hair follicles in a flawless natural-looking manner. I could not be any happier.

I had my hair transplant at Gro's Manchester clinic in early January. The whole experience was fantastic. Sonu, Mark and the team really made me feel at ease and Dr. Nazir did a superb job; I couldn't be happier. The aftercare is great as well. I'd have no problem recommending this company for anyone interested in a hair transplant.

I got a full head FUE hair transplant with Dr T.J Tan, and I cannot recommend the staff at GRO Sydney highly enough. The whole process was excellent and the Dr and nurses were fantastic. Thank you very much for your excellent customer service and my new hair line.

Honestly the team at the Brisbane Gro Clinic are fantastic. Everyone is so helpful with support before during and after the surgery. Really looking forward to the results in 3-12 months time!
Highly recommend for anyone who wishes to finally get it done or even talk to someone there.

The guys at Gro Clinic Gold Coast are awesome! I’m currently 4 weeks post my HT and hence it’s still early days in terms of judging any final results but I couldn’t be happier with the 2 days I spent at the clinic and the progress so far. For me, this was a huge decision and after many years of thinking about it and having seen so many go before me, I’m so grateful I decided to go with Gro GC. I can’t recommend them enough. Shout-out to Mel, the Clinic Manager, for being so patient with all my questions around the process and about planning my interstate trip including hotels and when to book flights etc. The 3 nurses over the two days were all spot-on (special mention to Alva who is just lovely 😊). And of course, Dr Ruk who creates a professional but easy-going and relaxed environment. We basically spent 2 days chatting and hanging out (while I got a new head of hair). I’ve got no doubt the reason they have so much success is based on having such a great team. I can’t wait to see my end results and I can’t recommend them highly enough. Go for it!

Top staff very friendly, super skilled surgeon. We got 9500 hairs done! David was happy to discuss what I wanted and make slight adjustments as we went along we did not feel rushed or stressed but made good progress.

The initial consult and each regular follow up since has been fantastic and exciting to see the progress. New to the whole process, the whole team showed respect and professionalism in guiding me through. Understanding my reasoning, providing support and options in mapping out the ideal treatment for me.

From here the team were in constant contact, phone calls, emails, text message and face to face. There is an overwhelming sense of genuine care and pride in what The Gro team do.

On the day teamwork was awesome and I must have met with 5-10 staff who all knew my name, my procedure and were seamlessly connected.

Lots more to say but in short it was good old customer service expertly delivered.

Went to gro manchester today for surgery to correct a poor surgery 12 months ago from another "local" clinic cose by actually.
What a difference it was a truly positive experience from Sonu and the team. They are very proffesional experienced and caring.
I had a very traumatic painful poor experience previously with a final poor end result at the other clinic.
I took my time in finding the correct clinic to fix the issues and immediately felt comforatble and confident after an initial visit.
The surgery today was a great experience not painful at all and a well explained procedure throughout. They use the lastest technology DHI micro fue which makes a huge difference from the brutality i experienced previously. Its clear already to me the density will be there this time and am confident a natural look will be achieved even on day 1!
I actually mangaged to fall asleep during the extraction and inplantation watching netflix in a warm comfortable environment with professsional experienced people this time.
I cant wait for the results that i am sure will follow in the months to come. i have already received some follow up communication and have a clear follow up plan for the future weeks/months.
