Took My Money
I cannot get ahold of anyone and they will not refund my first 5800 payment. No work has been done.
A "TEAM" is only strong if there's communication.
I began this journey in mid-December '25. I have received a single "RAW-Blueprint Offer", this and a requested checklist of the steps the Grit&Gains Team are to take for the service I paid for. I was told, attending the "8 Figure Offer Lab" would get way better results than if we just launched the current version.
I attended 1/8. Asked for assistance with the Worksheet 1/19, after I decided I could not get a complete understanding. On 1/20 I was told I could attend again. For the next 4 weeks I was only pushed to attend another Workshop video. Since then I have received no help or beneficial communication from the "Team". I am sure that I have been taken advantage of, but I believe mistakes happen and this can be corrected.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This Company is a bunch of scammers. They will definitely seem professional you speak to 1 person and then the next with no end in result. They took $1500 from me then blocked me and would not answer my bank when I filed a complaint.
The person in charge that's the main question. These people some are American and most are not. I saw their advertising on Tik Tok. I have not seen them on their since I filed a complaint with the FBI cybercrime, the State I live in and federal. I have not heard anything.

This company took over 4000 from me and delivered nothing. To get me to sign on they sent a cute letter saying I wasn't going to get ripped off like the other companies do. I missed a phone call because I couldn't find the link, it wasn't available and now the ignore me. I sent many text through 5 different points of contact 2 hours before the meeting. They promised the world and dumped on me. They did nothing. Do not believe that response. Adam, if ypu can get a hold of me on fb I was with you Feb 23. They told me I would make 10000 within 45 days but I paid 4100 and that didn't cover one ad. These people have the same reviews everywhere. Don't do it. I promise you will lose big
Extremely disappointed – $5,500 paid and no service delivered
I paid $5,500 for TikTok marketing services through this agency. After signing up, I attended one onboarding workshop and was told the onboarding process would take 3–4 weeks before any campaigns would actually start.
Within a couple of days, I decided not to move forward and requested cancellation on February 23, before any real work had begun.
At the time of my cancellation:
No ads had been launched
No marketing campaigns had been created
No access to my advertising accounts had been requested
No deliverables had been produced
Despite cancelling early and requesting a refund multiple times through text and Discord, my requests were ignored.
What made the situation even more concerning is that the agreement was only countersigned by the company after I had already requested cancellation, which raises serious concerns about how they handle agreements and client disputes.
Communication became extremely slow once payment was made, and resolving the issue has been very frustrating.
My experience was paying $5,500 and receiving no actual marketing services.
I strongly recommend doing very thorough research before committing to a large payment with this company.

I had a very negative experience with Grit & Gains Media.
From the start, communication was unprofessional. The person I spoke with was rude and used excessive profanity during our call, which immediately raised concerns. On top of that, they missed the first and second scheduled meetings entirely, and then was late to the third meeting with no accountability.
I was also misled about how their process works — what was described initially did not match what was later explained. By the time we finally connected, my confidence in the company was already gone, and the explanations I received only made things worse.
Overall, this experience felt disorganized, misleading, and highly unprofessional. I decided not to move forward and would strongly advise others to proceed with caution.

Paid for Ads, Received Delays and Deflection
Update: Chris's response to this review is a blatant lie. No funnel was ever created, no media was ever created. The only thing they "created' was a crappy sales letter that a 12-year-old could come up with on ChatGPT.
We hired this agency to run paid ads. After more than three months, no ad campaigns were launched.
Throughout the engagement, timelines repeatedly shifted and execution was delayed while the focus moved toward workshops, strategy sessions, and “offer optimization.” While strategy has value, the core service we paid for — launching and managing ads — was never delivered.
When we raised concerns about the lack of execution, the situation was consistently reframed as a “partnership” where progress depended on us doing more work, attending additional sessions, or changing our positioning. Responsibility for the delays was repeatedly shifted onto us, despite the fact that execution was the service we hired them to provide.
Rather than taking accountability, communication became defensive and dismissive. Legitimate concerns were met with lectures, reframing, and implications that we were the problem for wanting ads to actually go live. This dynamic made it clear that the relationship was structured to protect their process first, not deliver results for the client.
Based on our experience, this is not a company anyone should consider doing business with. The failure to deliver the primary service, combined with shifting responsibility and unprofessional, condescending communication, reflects a lack of accountability that makes this a high-risk engagement.
Anyone considering this agency should proceed with extreme caution and require clear, enforceable launch timelines, concrete delivery milestones, and explicit refund terms in writing before signing.

Terrible Owner
I reached out to the owner, Chris Campbell, to share my experience after an interaction with one of his employees. Instead of addressing the concerns I raised, he responded in a dismissive and unprofessional manner and suggested that my feedback was dishonest or emotionally driven.
In his response, he wrote:
“Please look in the mirror and be honest with yourself. Being successful as an entrepreneur takes radical self-awareness. We built this organization on honor, integrity, and respect which clearly you do not have.
P.S. Stop gossiping to people like a girl. Be honorable and remove that review because we both know it was a complete fabrication. A man of integrity would never gossip and participate in reputation destruction. That is disgusting behavior.”
I found this language inappropriate and unnecessary, especially considering I had approached the situation in good faith. There was never any discussion about my product being accepted or rejected, so the suggestion that I was upset about being “turned down” is inaccurate.
I’m sharing this experience so others understand how feedback and concerns may be handled. I value professionalism and respectful communication, and unfortunately that standard was not reflected in this exchange.

Horrible Customer Service
Edit: I gave an honest review of my interactions with this "Company" and do you know what they did, They went to my Google review page and left a slanderous 1 star review just to try and get back at me.
First off, I don't appreciate the language. (they send me an email with vulgar language). Next let's look at the facts. I was there waiting for your guys to show at 12:25, at 12:35 I got a message saying, he would be 5 more minutes. Then after that time was up I got another message asking for 8 more minutes. After that time was up I told him I was still waiting on him. Then 20 minutes after our appointment was supposed to start, he messages me again and says he is still running behind and to wait longer. At 1:00PM a full 30 minutes after the appointment was to start I finally closed the call and logged out and went back to work. I figured he would reach out and try to reschedule. But instead I get this. "We blocked out time. Prepared a strategy. Pulled up data. We even had case studies ready for your business. But… you didn’t show." and "you’ve gotta show up man" and "This is your shot to redeem yourself and keep your word." Like I was the one who was in the wrong. Like I said, I fully expected your guy to call me or message me and apologize for wasting my time today and reschedule. It sounds like you have a problem in your house and you might need to do a bit of cleaning. Thanks for letting me know I need to keep looking for a marketing company. Good Luck
