I was so excited:/

What started as an exciting purchase has turned into a cash and time suck. I ordered jewelry and custom grillz for a few top and bottom teeth. Initially, communication was great. The jewelry was sold out and refunded. I needed a smaller mold and one was shipped out quickly. The original molds were received on April 15, 2025. The next one was received May 14, 2025. It's basically been crickets since then. I have emailed, sent messages through the website and instagram pages, and even texted a number that was used to communicate early on. I just called the landline to store location in LA with no answer. Strangely, I'm still hoping that my grillz will arrive any day. I had hoped to have them by Summer and definitely by my birthday. It's not looking good. I really wish someone would get back to me. I've worked in custom clothing and know things can take time but communication really is key.

I would give this zero stars if I could everything the other comments said it true it’s a scam they will charge you 500 dollars and you will wait months and still get nothing and not get any updates it’s ridiculous and very unorganized I never got a refund yet they don’t respond unless you’re more forceful DO NOT order from here you’ll spend all your money to not get anything.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. I would write an essay about my experience but I’ve been battling with this dispute with my cc company and I’ve explained this countless times. Just to give yall the TL;DR they have terrible communication skills, if you have any questions about the status of your order they won’t respond through email. Even if they text you, when you have follow up questions about the status of your order they’ll leave you on read. I ordered custom grillz back in June of 2024. It’s January 2024 and still haven’t gotten an update on my order.

Excellent

I'd like to say I was so happy I popped in on my way home from golf to grab a delicious meal.

The service and staff there were fantastic as I had some payment issues but nothing was too much trouble.

I'll definitely be going again!

The customer service is disappointing

Never actually ordered i was about to but after seeing this page thank god i will not, not only do i not like that over and over my package not received but then your business practice/ customer service sucks we are not the blame blah blah it says delivered on our end how does your companies packages get stolen so often 🚩 at this point you guys should have an insurance fee put in place so you have to give refund and not excuses your beating people out of hundreds to thousands of dollars should be ashamed!

Awful company! Ordered my grillz on the 5th of Feb its now 27th and I haven't even had a notification to say they are on the way! RIP OF COMPANY
They cant even take the time to to reply to a simple question I asked via email DO NOT BOTHER BUYING AWFUL RUBISH SCAM COMPANY

i ordered about a month or 2 ago and never came. i asked for a refund abt 3-4 days ago and i still havent got it aft they said they confirmed the refund .

Hi Richard,

I have been in contact with you over this case since the moment it has come to our attention. For background, your order was sent from our shipping center the next business day. For whatever reason, the shipping service returned the package back to our facility. As soon as this was brought to our attention, we offered to send a completely new shipment with Fedex at no additional cost due to the inconvenience, but you asked for a refund instead. Due to the situation, we were happy to immediately process a refund. I have provided you with screenshots of your refund to show it was indeed processed the same day as our initial communications. In my email to you, I advised you that you will see a refund on your next statement. This is standard for any type of return/refund. However, just to reassure you, I included a screenshot of our backend system to show you that our system confirms that the refund was sent to you along with an additional email/sms notification. I have yet to hear of anyone that gets a refund back to their card within 3 days. I assure you the money is on its way back to you, but exactly when that happens is out of our hands. That is up to the bank/card issuer. I completely understand your frustration as a consumer. Just the other day I had to return something at Zara for a refund. I was told I would see the money back in my account within 30 days.... This is not unusual although it is inconvenient. I understand your skepticism and I would just ask that when you do receive your refund back to your account, you reconsider this review as we have done everything we can to ensure a quick and honest resolution to this unfortunate situation. Worse decision ever

Worse decision ever! I order a custom grill, I sent them my impressions, got my grillz and they didn't even fit!!
I checked the impressions and they were broken and glued back together. I would not recommend grillz.com to anyone! beware of really bad service. invest your money in another shop or go to a local shop if you have one.

Never received my order

Never received my order. Over promised and under delivered guys. I had to dispute the charges with my bank in order to get my full refund.

We are sorry to hear that you never received your grillz. Our records indicate that your grillz were delivered on April 22 (Tracking: 9405510202079108904750). Once the grillz are on their way to you, there is very little we can do from our side especially if we think the grillz were delivered without issue. We apologize for the inconvenience caused. However, we feel it is unfair to leave the blame on us as we fulfilled everything we possibly could on our part. Perhaps it was stolen at the point of delivery or some occurrence of that nature. Regardless, that is unfortunate and we are sincerely sorry for the trouble.
