I have been in contact with you over this case since the moment it has come to our attention. For background, your order was sent from our shipping center the next business day. For whatever reason, the shipping service returned the package back to our facility. As soon as this was brought to our attention, we offered to send a completely new shipment with Fedex at no additional cost due to the inconvenience, but you asked for a refund instead. Due to the situation, we were happy to immediately process a refund. I have provided you with screenshots of your refund to show it was indeed processed the same day as our initial communications. In my email to you, I advised you that you will see a refund on your next statement. This is standard for any type of return/refund. However, just to reassure you, I included a screenshot of our backend system to show you that our system confirms that the refund was sent to you along with an additional email/sms notification. I have yet to hear of anyone that gets a refund back to their card within 3 days. I assure you the money is on its way back to you, but exactly when that happens is out of our hands. That is up to the bank/card issuer. I completely understand your frustration as a consumer. Just the other day I had to return something at Zara for a refund. I was told I would see the money back in my account within 30 days.... This is not unusual although it is inconvenient. I understand your skepticism and I would just ask that when you do receive your refund back to your account, you reconsider this review as we have done everything we can to ensure a quick and honest resolution to this unfortunate situation.
