Buyer Beware
You sent me the wrong product and refused to correct it. Customer service was insulting and pretended to not understand the problem. You are defrauding customers by advertising and selling products you do not deliver. BUYERS STAY AWAY FROM GRILLS MART!!! Many other companies sell these products.

I just read the manufacturer's response to my review and it is A COMPLETE LIE. Apparently this company intends to continue to deceive. I would be happy to publish my email correspondence with the company and provide photos of what was ordered and received.
After I published my review I received an email from their customer service representative (Jessica) offering to actually send me the correct product I ordered if I take down my negative review. I wonder how many other customers they have tried to manipulate this way. I think the public deserves the truth about GrillsMart.

It clearly states by the name of the product itself that it was the Summerset - ESTOP RM Gas Timer Locking Cabinet SKU: ESTOP-RM-KIT the item you have ordered and not the Summerset - ESTOP LC Gas Timer Locking Cabinet SKU: ESTOP-LC-KIT. It also shows on the photo that the item you have ordered is just the shelf and didn't include the timer.

Best price out there and came quickly. I was worried about the pizza stone being broken on delivery (I have heard stories) but that was not the case. Well protected and was exactly what we were hoping for.
