Absolutely the worst company I’ve ever done business with. Placed a $200 order on July 4th. I have yet to receive anything! I complained on their own site and FB, I got two different people to reach out. Both said the order would ship in 1-2 days. That was August 8th. Still nothing as of August 19th. Order #: GR1018649

EVERYONE READ THIS POST... Whoever has ordered product from these SCAMERS, DM me & let's all get together & give us the last laugh. I have already got ahold of my attorney; I just want to get about 10 to 20 more people who's been SCAMMED!!! DM me or email me...

It has been 6 WEEKS and I still do not have my products. I requested a refund and they said the order was still processing and will ship soon. As a military veteran, I really want to support this company, however they lack any business/customer skills whatsoever. Do NOT buy from them.

Just don't. I placed my order 33 days ago. Still nothing, I sent a message 2 weeks ago was told . Sorry, but its the busy season we are working on your order. UMMMM, Christmas and sping may be busy. Just sent a msg to cancel. I will wait to get them at Wal Mart for half the price.

ZERO STARS‼️ Placed an order…never received. They offer no customer service other than an auto generated email response. No phone number for customer service offered. One month and still haven’t received nor did it ever ship.

Spent over $100 on Father’s Day Bundle. First time my husband used the gloves to remove a griddle from the new grill the gloves melted all over the griddle and new grill. Needless to say getting melted plastic or whatever these are made from off your grill is a nightmare. Total waste of money! I emailed product support page regarding this and no response at all. He was lucky his hand didn’t get burned the way these disintegrated.

I ordered from this company over six weeks ago and they have not delivered or communicated with me, I have asked them to cancel my order and refund my money but no response, do not order from this company.

I bought this when I saw it on GMA. What a con job !!! It barely lifted anything off my grill grates. I expected more from supposed firefighters. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!’

Made order on web site on July 8. It is now August 11. Order still has not shipped.I attempted contact 4 times and only received 1 reply form someone stating order will ship soon. Have received 3 other automated message confirmations. If I ordered on Amazon, I could have it tomorrow. I called credit card company and filed complaint and demanded refund. I will not be ordering from a company so dismissive of paying customers.

I ordered several items back in July but when they arrived a griddle brush I purchased was not in the package. I emailed customer service and they wanted me to send pictures of what I did receive. I sent the response and for the last 3 weeks now every time I ask about when I will get the brush I keep getting the same response saying it is back in stock and will be shipped the week of the response. Customer service is horrible. No phone number to call. Only way to get in touch with them is through email and I keep getting the same response and excuse. Will never purchase anything from them again

Couldn’t remove all of packaging from under sponge. Contacted Grill Rescue. Watched video of the removal which didn’t help. Requested return instructions. It took 4 emails to get the return address. They received it on July 13 2026 and even though I sent the tracking info they will not acknowledge they have it. So far it’s taken 7 weeks and numerous emails back and forth they are stalling on my refund. Reported to BBB

This Company is a significant fraud. 6 weeks since order and nothing. Got an email saying they were checking with their courier and that was two weeks ago with no follow up. May be a good product but I wouldn't recommend ordering anything from them.

I ordered their product 2 weeks ago and it hasn't shipped yet. I have requested a refund and they will not respond and have not refunded my money. I plan to return their product unopened for a full refund. This IS NOT A REPUTABLE COMPANY!! Run before you too become a victim of their negligence and incompetency.

Ordered from grill rescue during the holidays last year and received my order within a couple of weeks - so when I saw the 4th of July sale I decided to place another order without reading updated reviews. Big mistake. It’s been a month and I still don’t have my order. I’ve followed up with them multiple times and received two responses, both said the exact same thing - blaming the shipping courier, despite the fact that I never received a shipping notification. Now they have stopped responding all together. Maybe concentrate more on the orders you have already instead of repeated commercials on multiple networks - over marketing is a thing

Placed an order ..had to follow up in 2 weeks ..got a response ( not sure if it was from a real person) apologizing and then three days later I get a shipping notification. Two weeks after that I follow up and still no delivery date scheduled. Sent smother note, got a response from a different name but “ the exact same wording” apologizing and said they would get back ..that’s the last I heard from them. So it’s been over a month since I placed the order ..hasn’t arrived and they did not respond to my last request!!!

My first order of my grill rescue brush was expedient. We love it! However, we ordered again and have now waited 6 weeks and customer service said we are checking on it. I have heard nothing. I asked for a refund. No response. Customer service sucks

Been over a month since they took my money, no products received, customer service is a joke, no response.

Placed an order for over $100.00 in June, 2026 using the Shop app for make the purchase. No updated delivery information, and I am still waiting for my order, August, 2026. I have tried customer service 3 times, they are sorry and "expediting" my issue (July 18, 2026) no answers, no actual support. Asked for a refund and still waiting on that.

Terrible company to deal with. AI Chatbot responses to support request. When asked to refund my money after 30 + days of not receiving anything from them i was sent a UPS tracking number which NEVER gets updated. Complete GARBAGE of a company.

I placed an order with Grill Rescue in June and I still don’t have my order. I’ve reached out, probably 100 times with zero response. I’ve called the number on there website and it says “Black Market”. These so called firefighters are fraudsters. Letting you know they’ve also charged my credit card. I have two sons who are firefighter paramedics and they are twice the men as the guys on the commercials. Scammers
