Griffin & Co Fine Jewellery Recensioni

Fabulous Customer Service, personable, helpful, accommodating, it goes on and on, A genuinely excellent jewelry shop where attention to detail and to the requirements stated are listened to, to the letter. Quality and cost are met at a balance with a very fair deal always. My ring is a show stopper, its amazing and Cian couldn't have done better. Thank you.

I had been doing research on engagement rings for ages before finally settling on buying one from Griffin and Co. - Fab website with full 360° views of each of the diamonds I was interested in and pulled out all the stops to get the ring hand delivered to me in time for our holiday to Italy. Now fiancée very pleased with the ring and even managed to pop into Hatton Garden to get it resized when we got home. Top service from Cian and the team!

Service of the very highest quality. Cian and his team take every step to ensure that your special moment is managed with the upmost care and professionalism. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome.

Fantastic experience!
Excellent, trustworthy, and professional service. The staff is extremely attentive, and the order was completed very quickly. Giving them a well-deserved 5-star rating!

I lost the diamond out of my engagement ring and couldn’t afford a new one so Kian organised a selection of coloured stones as a cheaper alternative option. I chose pink Topaz and it looks absolutely gorgeous, I love it! He also re rhodium plated the ring for me. He is extremely kind and helpful and we will definitely be long term customers.

Found this shop whilst wandering around -I popped in and the staff were great, I said I would return,I went back after 2 weeks and bought a Diamond bracelet very good deal and I will be going again before Xmas

Highly recommend Griffin & Co if you are looking for a special, personalised and bespoke engagement ring.

Thank you!!

Cian was absolutely fantastic to work with, from the first meeting to the design and creation of the most wonderful engagement ring.

I cannot recommend Griffin and Co more than this. I am incredibly grateful for the time and effort spent in creating an unbelievable ring for my fiancee.

Thank you Cian!

Where to even start, the team in Griffin & Co are absolutely fabulous.

I came to Kian with a very vague idea of what engagement ring I wanted for my now fiancée. He helped me find the type of diamond I wanted, helped me with multiple designs until I got the final, perfect ring that was better than I could ever imagine.

I will be forever grateful to the team, they made the whole process so enjoyable at what can be super stressful.

Safe to say, my fiancée is over the moon with her ring and it suits her down to a tee.

I cannot recommend the company enough to work on beautiful bespoke rings, it’s where they truly shine!

Excellent customer service, with beautiful pieces of unique jewellery. The owner works very hard to get you what you want! Fabulous jewellers!

The team at Griffin & Co provided a really bespoke, efficient service. From providing various engagement ring options and design, through to resizing and valuation for insurance purposes, they met all of my expectations. Thank you for all your professional advice.

I returned to Griffin after having such a wonderful experience previously, and once again they truly exceeded my expectations. This time, I brought in some very sentimental pieces of jewellery to be remodelled, and the team couldn’t have been more attentive and professional. They took the time to listen carefully to my ideas, offered helpful guidance, and perfectly brought my design to life. The finished piece is absolutely stunning and holds so much meaning to me. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for exceptional service and craftsmanship.

Excellent customer service, genuine products. I have been going to this jewellers for years , new owners are carrying on the excellent service.

I had been going to this jewellers for years, and knew that I could trust their fine workmanship. Being of the older generation, I wasn't keen to pay 'online ' using a transfer, but they are totally trustworthy.
I live abroad now, so choosing to have my ring 'modernised' with Griffin &Co was the obvious choice.
I have absolutely no hesitation in highly recommending this company.

We couldn’t be happier with the team at Griffin & Co! I wanted to create a new engagement ring from my original which had sentimental value. Lili and I went through the design thoroughly and it was everything I expected and more! Absolutely stunning ring!! My husband also had his wedding band made with our own materials and what a masterpiece! We’re blown away! I will add I did not give them much time to get this done before the wedding, they went above and beyond to make sure we had them for the big day! I have not had customer service like this in a very long time! If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Quality service and quality product! Very highly recommend!

Had an amazing experience in this store for our wedding rings, I can’t thank the staff enough and will continue to go back. After going around Chichester checking out all the jewelers Griffin & Co are definitely the most competitive and helpful. This is why I give my five star rating. Thank you guys you’re the best.
